Starbucks

Always quick and friendly service! The only downfall to this location is the facility itself. Anytime I have stayed for an extended time, to do work, study, etc, I think it is too cold! It’s not comfortable to sit around when you are freezing! Makes it difficult to want to stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a café au lait, which they didn’t have, but they suggested the caffé misto, which wasn’t on the menu, but in the system. Told me what the price was upon request, and didn’t add on the cost of soy milk, which was a pleasant surprise. Great experience there! They did their best to understand and communicate with my friend, who is hearing impaired.
Unfortunately, my biggest complaint is with the taste of the coffee. It was a perfectly fine misto, with which what I assume was drip coffee, but the coffee tasted burnt. I don’t come to Starbucks often, but I have heard this complaint from numerous people. It’s alright since their frappuchinos and fluffy drinks are pretty tasty; however, since it’s all sort of expensive, I’m disappointed that the coffee tasted burnt. Going to come back and try it again, for sure!
