I picked up a comforter and paid, was told my kitchen rug was not yet done, but won’t owe anything for it. Went back to pick it up, still not done. Received a phone call saying that I actually owed $ 26 for a kitchen rug because the person that told me I owed $ 0 was new. Just not good customer service! I am new to the area and would have been a loyal customer, but now I doubt I will even go back to get my rug.

I have used Owl Cleaners and always have been satisfied with there quality work. Great customer service and great dry cleaner. I love there pick up and delivery service., it makes my hectic life a bit easier.
