Absolutely WORST COMPANY EVER. DON’T GIVE THESE CROOKS A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY. what they are doing should be illegal. They tell you one thing and then do another and everyone you speak with has a different story of what their rules are.

I bought a security system from ADT. Without disclosing that they sent my contract over to a third party, «Protect Your Home». They were the worst. They sent an installer that did a two hour job in less than an hour. Needless to say the fire detector was hot hooked up and he completely forgot to install the CO detector. I got charged extra for an additional window sensor and he never put it on. When I started to have problems with the system and they sent someone out to fix it (it took over a week) that’s when some of the issues i just mention were finally addressed. The monitor never kept time correctly and then the battery pack failed. Every time I would call up all I got was a run around. Now that I have finally cancelled the contract with them they keep on charging my credit card and saying that the contract is still in effect, never mind that I received a letter stating that the contract is now finished. My suggestion to you — need an alarm system, look else where.
