Wonderful experience with renewal by andersen New England. We had 3 windows installed in our home. The windows are pricey, but it is clear that with this product you get what you pay for. We had a product manager come to the house and sit down with us. He was very patient and explained the product, brought samples and hundreds of photos to show us the before and after. He wasn’t pushy. It was clear that he wanted to work with us to get a new product within our current budget. We live in a wooded, high maintenance area and these windows will never have to be replaced. The manager went over various finance options to determine which was the best for us. Installation day went smoothly. The three installers did a great job. Install was smooth and they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I love the new windows. They look great, but more importantly they are very efficient and functional. We can’t wait to work with renewal by anderson again!
