If you’re looking for a workout that will take some fat off in a hurry, look no further! FitBody Bootcamp uses high-intensity interval training(HIIT) to get the most bang for your workout buck in the 45 minutes you spend there. Every workout is different, so boredom isn’t a factor. The trainers break up strength training circuits with bursts of cardio for a workout that is different every time. And it’s all indoors, so no 5:30AM parking lot workouts! Yay! The atmosphere is friendly and judgment-free. If you need a break or need to modify a move the trainers will fully support that. Groups are generally small and everyone is welcoming. While there are some super-fit people, the majority of the members are working on their fitness goals and come in all shapes and sizes. There is no intimidation whatsoever! So, why not 5 stars? The cost. I lucked upon a Groupon that made going very affordable, but regular membership is in the ballpark of $ 125-$ 150/month for one person, depending on the plan you select. I know a lot goes into it but it’s very cost-prohibitive!
