Do not go here!!! Even if it’s just for the amazing Tracy who does your eyebrows, ask her about her hours at her other places!!! I went here on multiple occasions and every single time was treated with the most unprofessional and rude manner from the women. After my hair was done and I payed ASTRONOMICAL prices, I had a «senior stylist» who had not worked on my hair at all, come up to me, and started touching then critiquing the hair her coworker had just done! In front of a customer! I understand a little constructive criticism but absolutely not in front of a customer nor to their face. On another visit, a new stylist that had literally been there for 1 day made a comment when passing by that the girl doing my hair clearly had no idea what she was doing. Who says that in front of a customer and better yet, what kind of boss allows this? They also allow dogs in the shop which I don’t find suitable in a hair salon. A large portion of why women pay so much and enjoy their salon time is for the relaxing and clean atmosphere. When I’m trying to relax with dye in my hair, a small yappy dog barking is the LAST thing I want to hear. Well… I might prefer that over the middle aged snobby comments made to both customers and staff. Overall, this place gets 1 star in my book and that single star is reserved for the eyebrow wizard Tracy and the very sweet receptionist.

Needed a change after going to the same salon for years, way too far from home. Went to Julie and couldn’t be happier, she gave me a great haircut, and showed me just what to do with it. They also have amazing first time client ½ price offers, that made this a real bargain. But I will be happy to pay more to get the best, and I believe I have found it here!

I got a mani/​pedi here using a groupon. I will say that the actual manicure and pedicure were great but the polish was terrible. There was unevenness all over my toes and the manicure started chipping the following day. Disappointed.

This is one of the best salons I’ve visited and I’ve been to many throughout NYC. Comfortable & friendly atmosphere, affordable pricing, outstanding stylists and colorists who use only the best products. My hair has never felt better. And the owner, Michele, is by far one of the best nail artists in the state, as evidenced by the fact that her clients all book their next appointment before they walk out the door, or schedule standing appointments (at least they do when I’m there). What a difference it makes to have people who are truly passionate about their trade — and their clients! Highly recommend.
