I’ve contracted Mr. Viscardi with two jobs so far; AC repair and a plumbing issue.
The central air in my home hasn’t worked in several years and I called several companies to come and take a look. I got estimates as high as $ 3000 to fix the unit. However, Mr. Viscardi charged me $ 400 and the unit is working like new again. I was impressed. So much so that when I had an issue with a leaky pipe under my kitchen sink, I called him again.
With the sink, the problem was that the leaky pipe was housed inside a wall. So the brunt of the work had to do with cutting the old pipe and running new pipe through the floorboard. It was an easy enough fix and took about an hour. He also ran a tube from a water pipe in the basement through the floorboard to my 1^st floor fridge so that I could utilize the water and ice option. For this job, he charged a total of $ 575.
At first I thought it was a little on the high side, but he did respond on the same day that I called and it was fixed in a short amount of time. I’m not sure if he had other appointments that day, but if he did, then that would have played a part in the billing. The appointment for the AC repair was made a week in advance.
Overall, I’m pleased with the services performed…
