I went here after I was unhappy with an eye exam somewhere else. The exam went well. The dr is very nice and does a thorough exam. The equipment is not as advanced as other offices I’ve been too, for example there wasn’t the machine that tests peripheral vision. But the dr did that test the old fashioned way (moving fingers), which seems to be effective. So I was pleased with the exam and would recommend.
I had also brought a pair of glasses with me that I was planning on having them put lenses in. The glasses had glass lenses in them, which surprised them a bit and they told me that they needed to give me a warning that there was a possibility the frame could be damaged when trying to get the lenses out, since glass ones are tough to remove. Of course by giving that warning, it means they aren’t responsible for such damage. So I asked the lady if she thought I should take them back where I had bought them to have the lenses removed. She said no, she felt since I was there and they could try to help me, so I decided to let them try. That was a mistake because pretty quickly part of the frame got damaged. She did stop right away and apologized that it wasn’t something they could do. I ended up going back where I had bought them, and that woman snapped out the glass lenses by hand in an instant, and basically said anyone working with glasses should be able to do so. The frame wasn’t able to be completely fixed so I’m stuck with the damage to some extent (a nick on a couple of corners). I ended up having the lenses done at the place of purchase. I think they would be fine to purchase glasses there, and they do have a great selection, but I’m a bit put off by that experience. I just feel that if they weren’t familiar with removing a certain type of lens, they should have suggested I go back where I got them to avoid any mishaps.

Just needed to get my glasses fitted. They were so nice about it. They were so nice and next time I need glasses I will def be headed here!
