Yes, Unilocalers I have a new hairdresser and I, once again, turned to Unilocal for a recommendation.
Described my hair to the receptionist and I had Jen do my color and cut. Have gotten many compliments on my hair.
The salon is clean and peaceful.

Had a great first experience at Charles Joseph this week! I’ve recently relocated from Northern NJ and was in search of a new stylist. I was greeted warmly and treated like a friend throughout the entire experience and the cut was on par (maybe better) with the cuts I’ve had in NJ. I will definitely re-​book!

The best salon ever! The people are wonderful and caring and so genuine. You walk into the salon and the smell is wonderful — makes you feel relaxed and happy! Nancy, the front desk manager is so welcoming — helpful and friendly! Then there is Noreen — she is just the best of the best. She is excellent at cuts, color and blow-​drying! I would never go to anyone else but her! She is so good at what she does and on top of that is caring and a true professional! She knows just what to do and will give you guidance and advice that is so helpful! Thanks to everyone at Charles Joseph!

The best hairdresser at Carles Joseph Salon is Jen! She is an expert in hair coloring as far as I am concerned and I would not go to another stylist. Her personality is warm and kind and she is a delight to deal with. Her haircuts are always close to what you describe you wish to have and I have never been disappointed.

Had a partial foil with Jennifer and cut with Charles. Very impressed with both, the cut especially. Charles takes hair cutting to a new level, so precise and thought through– a true science lol! I had come to accept my boring, heavy, long hair until I came here! A fabulous cut with lots of movement, while still keeping my length. I explained my low maintenance hair routine and now have a style I keep up even on the run. Thank you Jennifer and Carlos!

I have followed Carlos everywhere he has been since 1997 and was thrilled to see he now has his own salon close to my office. He is an amazing stylist with many great ideas and a knack for blowing out my hair beautifully everytime! Nancy is wonderful and a pleasure to talk to and see on every visit. Makes me chuckle with her great personality! The entire staff is great and many have been there a long time. If you want a great cut or color stop in, well worth the trip!!!

i saw Jen today for a partial foil and cut and blowdry. I go to her regularly and she is not only fun and sweet, but also VERY good at what she does and thats why I keep going back to her. Carlos, the co owner is the reason I started going there in the first place, as he was highly recommended by a good friend. He is always so warm and friendly to me when I go in to see Jen. I love Nancy at the front desk too, she is always very welcoming and friendly. The place is clean and nicely decorated and also very reasonably priced.

My regular stylist, Monica, recently made the move to this salon. I was impressed with the friendly and professional environment. Seems like a great spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Funny, I was there that day, Danielle, and I don’t remember seeing anyone sitting there that long… I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! John is awesome and Nancy is VERY accommodating! They called me two days before the blizzard and rescheduled me in a very timely fashion! I highly recommend this salon; Go to John :)

Started going here in July when my old hairdresser retired. Friendly staff, clean shop. I’ve had my hair cut by two different hairdressers (Carlos and a woman, I forget her name). I was impressed with both. My hair is thick and difficult to tame, so it requires someone who’s detail-​oriented and can cut very evenly. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else now.

Never got a chance 50 min wait and I had an appt what a joke and they never said anything wanted to know if I would reschedule yeah right!

I have spent most of my adulthood searching for the «perfect» hair dresser. I find one and even if I’m not completely happy with them, I stay because I feel bad leaving. The last place I went to gave me an easy out. The girl that was cutting my hair unexpectedly left and moved to another state. Although I liked the salon, the parking was terrible. Sometimes I would have to park a block away! Now I have found the perfect place and hair stylist! I was driving by one day and happened to stop to see if the girl that used to work there years ago was still there. We’re talking 20 years ago! She used to cut my mom’s hair. She also styled my mom’s wigs for her when she lost her hair to cancer. She even did my hair the day I got married. She was now the owner! I was thrilled. They had a cancellation and were able to take me that day. My search has ended. Noreen and her staff at Charles Joseph Salon are wonderful!
