Guy on the phone is rude and demeaning. Never waited 2 hours on a simple order in my life. Guy on the phone will lie to you and say «oh, the delivery guy left x minutes ago» you call back to see what the issue is and he tells you he just left again. Won’t be ordering in the future.

Poor first impression.
The cheesesteak I ordered was pretty nasty and I threw half out. Soggy roll. The steak was chopped into oblivion, as were the mushrooms. The consistency reminded me of corned beef hash. Seemed to lack flavor.
We got a fried side also and it was damp & greasy.
Obvious that they made the order right away and it sat at least 20 minutes waiting on a driver.
Just one order, but I wouldn’t try again or recommend. It wasn’t even worth wrapping up the leftovers.

So I stopped by this place recently and ordered a salad and fries. The interior leaves a lot to be desired… pretty run-​down and unappealing looking inside. I almost left after walking in, but only had a few minutes of break and not enough time to try somewhere else. There were two guys working at the time and they seemed friendly enough, (but pretty girl + pretty car usually results in that anyway).
I wanted a salad with the usual salad veggies, but they didn’t have cucumbers. Very disappointing! May seem like a small detail to some, but salads are incomplete in my book if they don’t have cucumbers. I got a small and the portion size was larger than most, which was nice. I got fries as well, both to go.
Upon returning to work, I opened the bag and found that instead of the Italian vinaigrette I asked for, they gave me balsamic! I loathe balsamic vinegar, so I couldn’t eat the salad. Next, the fries. I got a side of BBQ sauce with them, and it was good sauce. The fries were waaaaay over salted though! I was literally brushing the salt granules from their surface to eat them. Good flavor and steak fry style, but they need to ease up on the salt. I also realized at this point the salad was leaking water from its container through the bag onto the surface it was on… I appreciate clean lettuce but it should be dry before being served!
Overall, I don’t recommend and probably won’t be going back.

My sandwich is tasty, but they somehow forgot my cheese after I reminded them twice! My mozzarella sticks are delicious.

Have been driving by this place going to and from work without thinking about ever ordering from here. It attracted negative press many years ago for some shady stuff going on, people went to jail etc, and it is now under new management.
A family member suggested trying them out, so we did, several times now. As my 4 star rating indicates, yay! I’m a fan.
The people answering the phones are friendly and thorough with the order (first impressions go a long way with me).
Their prices are good. Their coupon specials are even better. We recently ordered the Family Special = Large Cheese Pizza + Chicken Fingers + Cheese Steak + Cheese Fries + 2 Liter Soda for 22.99. SOLD
Food was delivered rather quickly, between 30 and 45 minutes after ordering, and we aren’t that close.
The pizza was good. Thin crust, good sauce and cheese. Will try toppings next time.
Love their cheese fries. Not those skinny shoestrings but big fat steak fries. Covered in Wiz.
Chicken fingers were good with honey mustard. Cheese steak was a bit on the dry side, but still tasty, saved by a little ketchup.
They have an all you can eat buffet deal here too but have not been to the restaurant to check it out.
Will order here again for delivery and maybe the occasional take-​out.
