Awful service over the phone — long hold times followed by a pharmacist who hangs up on you. I will be changing pharmacies.

This place is literally the worst. I’ve been trying to reach the pharmacy on the phone for the last 4 days, and am yet to get a single person on the phone for even a second. It’s almost like their automated system is designed to not connect you with a live person, and just leaves you on hold with this terrible message replaying about how someone will be with you shortly. News Flash, nobody ever comes to the phone. Not to mention 2 of the last 3 times I’ve gone in to pick up prescriptions they’ve had it messed up. Go to CVS, or anywhere else really.
