If I could give them negative stars I would! If you want to get ripped off — overcharged, work uncompleted –then this is your guy. First he tried to charge us $ 2,500 for what totaled 5 hours worth of truly minor handy work. When we complained about the bill he tried to say they got a new computer system and he didn’t see the bill before it was sent out — even if that were true, how do you not check an invoice you’re sending to a brand new customer when you supposedly got a new billing system. The revised bill was no better — $ 295 to replace a toilet valve — part $ 20, apparently $ 275 in labor??? A toilet valve!!! $ 495 to replace a rubber door weatherstripping — are you joking — I could have bought a brand new door for that amount. And if that’s not enough, fixed something that wasn’t broken and refused to return to complete the actual repair — five weeks of reaching out and counting… Worst service experience of my life and complete lack of honorability of commitment.
