Poor dental work and abhorrent customer service.
We were upfront with the dentist about our (high quality) insurance and worked a plan out with him and the office billing staff for how much work we would get done. We didn’t want to pay outside of our allotted insurance amount and he said that was totally find and even standard.
Then he proceeded to do much more work than we had discussed and left us with a hefty bill. We were outraged but no one in the office would help us. We ended up having to pay.
Needless to say, we never returned. Two months later though, we got another bill for a random day they claimed my husband had an «emergency after hours» visit. This was a flat out lie. My husband never visited that day. For several days, the office staff refused to speak to or allow me to speak to the dentist. They kept saying they didn’t know anything about it since it was after hours and only the dentist had the details. Very convenient.
Crooks and liars. Do not go!!!
