Kevin Smith and his colleague were very professional. Rather than paying for pick up and delivery and being without my rug for a week, they came to my house and cleaned two rugs on the spot at less than half the cost of their big competitor. I will call them for upholstery and tile, too!

Can’t say enough awesome things about this business!
They arrived promptly, left just minutes ago and I am so pleased with the job he did (Mike??) that I felt inclined to write this review right away. My upstairs carpets were heavily soiled thanks to 2 dogs (1 currently still a puppy) and lots of general foot traffic. They look basically brand new again — I’m shocked! Kevin quoted me an excellent price and I was charged exactly that and not a penny more for today’s service, plus a free bottle of spot remover which I imagine I’ll be using with our puppy! Mike (geez I hope that’s his name! Haha!) was incredibly friendly, professional, and quick. He even mopped my entry way floor tiles (which were covered in muddy puppy footprints and dirt) as a courtesy on his way out. I will without a doubt recommend them to everyone! Stellar service!
