I’m very sorry, but I have to disagree with the other reviewer. I worked out with Irene for about 6 weeks both at Freestyle and Fast Fitness. Her level of intensity and neglect during my workouts (she took time to make personal calls while I was working out with her) resulted in my sustaining a serious injury which has prevented me from all normal activity and resuming work. I am still recovering 6 months later. The gym and Irene will not help in any way with restitution.
Please be careful when attending this gym! Always, above all else, listen to your body and make sure you take time to rest in between sessions.

I have been migraine free – headache free almost since the day I started training at Freestyle. I have been a migraine sufferer for the past 20+ years and could not go more than 2 days without incurring at least one headache. I have seen more Dr.‘s and have tried more medicines and techniques than you can possibly imagine, but nothing had been successful, until I came to Freestyle. These trainers are really on to something

I’ve been coming here twice a week for over a month so feel I can give a fair review now. This place is great. It’s beautiful & very clean inside. I’ve worked with Patrick & Irene and would highly recommend either one. Do your mind & body a favor and join this small, elite, unique training gym.
