Good gas station and convenience store. However, the car wash has conflicting instructions… one says to Pull Forward until Flashing Light turns Green and another says Wait For Attendant… with no attendant standing out there. So I try pulling in, because I don’t know which instructions to go with. Then an employee walks out after a few minutes, eating a cheese pastry thing, and starts pointing to the Wait For Attendant sign and saying «Eh, papa, you gotta back up» pointing at the sign. I tell him I didn’t know which sign to go by and he tells me I gotta read the sign. I tell him again that there’s two signs and they’re conflicting. He doesn’t seem to understand, but for sure he doesn’t care. This went back and forth a little bit. These are little, trivial things, but when you’re addressing a paying customer you need to treat them with respect. Don’t be condescending and too familiar («Papa» instead of «Sir» or «Señor»).

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I’m always nervous that my car will be damaged in one of these drive through car washes and what do ya know today it happened! I had walked around and checked my car out before entering the car wash in an abundance of caution and it was all good… pull out of the car wash and walk around to admire the cleanliness of my car and low and behold a 6 inch double scratch with matching dent !!! I spoke to the manager Jose Martier (spelling?) and all he said was «Oh there’s no possible way my car wash did that!!! You must have backed up into something! My brushes wouldn’t do that NO WAY!» Then proceeded to threaten me that if I filed an insurance claim he’d simply reject it… kinda smirked then walked away… AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

BEWARE! This past weekend I came to use the car wash at this gas station. There was a gentleman listening to music on his headphones directing the cars to go in and washing the rims. I followed all the instructions while in the car wash, putting my car in neutral closing windows etc, as usual. Now, what is supposed to happen is that at the end of the car wash, because your car is on neutral, the car wash usually pushes your car out. However this time, at the end of the car wash everything came to a complete stop and my car was still stuck inside. In an effort to leave I pressed my brake to switch gears into Drive and suddenly the machine turned on again and I felt a big thud under my tire. My car then immediate reported a malfunction saying «brake wear» thanks to this car wash and it’s making strange noises. Now I can only assume this $ 11 car wash is going to end up costing me $ 500. I will not be returning. BEWARE!
