A great community in South Florida. Most neighborhoods are gated, you feel very safe here. It is relatively new, established in 1986. The people tend to be upper-middle class, schools are A+ and it is very clean and well maintained. Property taxes are high; you get what you pay for.

Great city park as far as community activities goes. Soccer and baseball fields that are perfectly maintained, basketball courts, a track and roller hockey rinks. YMCA and shelters. All types of sports clubs for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, basketball, football cheer-leading, roller hockey, etc. etc. The Weston Family YMCA Center is located in the park and offers a number of activities for all. Among them swimming, aerobic, yoga, weight training, cycling, gymnastics etc.etc. The park also host great City activities such as outdoor movies and concerts. Lots of stuff for active residents to do. What this park does lack is trees and picnic benches or just nice places to spread a blanket with a picnic basket and enjoy nature. Guess its just not that type of park. That’s not to say there is not an area for that because in fact there is. Just that it is very sterile and unnatural feeling. Not what I look for when going to a park. In all a great park to go and be active. That’s why it gets a four star. There are better parks in the area for picnicking and seeing nature. Cheers
