San Michele At Weston

This place has not gotten any better. This place is not worth what you pay in rent. The pool on the west side of the property is green most of the time. The gates to the west side of the property never work, always open. The place charges you $ 120 a month for water and trash. Other places in Weston charge you $ 53 for water and $ 9 for trash. You are forced to have Advance Cable $ 50 a month for basic cable. Terrible cable service There was a recent incident where a maintenance worker stole property from a unit and was caught. The property was returned but the maintenance worker was not fired. His boss, the head maintenance worker said the guy was a good worker and needed another chance. The property manager agreed and didn’t fire the person. A police report was filed. The pictures you see on their website are OLD !! The property manager has let this place go. They only care about your rent money, noting else. If you complain, the property manager tells you to find another place to leave. A lot of people are leaving this place because of the property manager and the way she maintains this place, well the lack of. There is never any parking, so don’t invite your friends over. Stay away from this place.

Things have gotten better. Improvements are being made and San Michele is heading in the right direction. New pool furniture, new gym, and genuinely helpful staff. The only complaint I still have is the lack of parking. The San Michele staff is so helpful… from the leasing office to the maintenance.

Do not move in to San Michele apartments. The property management company is ridiculous. They will try to extort every dollar from you upon moving out no matter the care you take. When we moved in we had fleas yet we do not have a pet. They denied the previous owners owned a pet and refused to do anything about it. One year at Christmas time they invited a tow truck to come in and tow the cars of visiting family members. We saw families in tears. There are many other apartment homes in Weston, chose one of those. If you have no other option but to live here, take pictures of everything, document every conversation in writing. You’re better off just living somewhere else.
