The best Korean in south Florida hands down. Any of their kimchi soups great. Cold spicy noodle dish is one of my favorites. Dak galbee one of my favorites. Galbee great. Spicy squid great. Dolsot bibimibap great. Fried tofu appetizer good. Spicy squid with noodle awesome. Dolsot with octopus awesome. Many more dishes to choose, but you should start with these. You can ask them to make food very spicy from level 1 to 5. Level 5 is insane hot. Once the owner gets to know your pallet then he will let you order a level 10. Owner is really cool. We eat there so much he will on occasion bring us out a special kimchi or special sauce he’s been brewing and fermenting for ages. Authentic(I think) and intensely flavorful food. Some people looked at the menu confused when first eating here, but once you order some of my recommendations above, you CANNOT go wrong. I crave this place late at night when I’m laying in bed. My favorite restaurant in Weston by far.

Korean food is so expensive and this place is no different. And the service is really slow. There is no sense of urgency. But the servers are really nice. I really enjoy the food, so when I’m feeling splurgy, I order take out to avoid the slow service. My order is a little annoying with a lot of subsitution and there are always super accommadating. My family and friends love the Galbee ribs($ 24.95) and fried rice($ 10.99). My favorite is the spicy outopus with noodles although it’s mainly onions. We order from here at least twice a month and it’s always yummy.

If you go here you must get the Octopus and noodle in spicy sauce because it is literally the best dish that they have. We ordered the lunch Bulgolgi and it was good too. But for two people the noodle dish was enough. My only complaint is that when i tried to call ahead of time to ask about their noodle dish with octopus, they said they didn’t have it. I think there is an english barrier, and I think they need to have at least one fluent english speaker here to answer the calls because I was very tempted to not come at all. Also, the waiters look very sad there, whenever I said thank you they did not respond with a simple, «you’re welcome» Other than the service, the food is very flavorful and authentic!

Amazing food, service was great, and the Korean wine is to die for. Will definitely come back! Try the Bulgogi, the dumplings, the wine sampler, and the Bibimbap.

I love the place. The seafood pancakes are so yummy. My family all love it. The environment is quiet, maybe I went there when they are no busy time. Btw the hot tea smells so good.

I love this place so much. This is my favorite Korean restaurant in south Florida and dare i say maybe my favorite restaurant overall. Nestled in a strip mall in Weston it definitely is not fine dining but is one of the best dining experiences. It is also one of the most immaculate so not a hole in the wall either. This isn’t the traditional Korean BBQ grill at the table. They are actually known for their tofu soups. My boyfriend is a meat and potatoes guy but he LOVES the tofu soup, which is eaten with a bowl of rice. Although the menu is extensive, We haven’t explored beyond these three offerings because we want what we crave and they never disappoint, even with our high expectations: Pancake seafood, Mushroom tofu soup and Spicy Octopus Rice bowl. FYI Koreans eat very spicy so when they ask how spicy you want from 1 to 5, I recommend saying 3. Anything above may be outside American spice comfort.

Love their food! So fresh and the side dishes are always fresh and delicious. The bbq tables are always very busy, but worth the wait. They also have a bar across the parking lot to wait in if u so desire. Great, friendly staff, I love coming here!

I am a sucker for Korean food and love this place when I get that craving. The Bulgogi and Galbi are incredible and of course along with the main dish, you get about 7 – 10 small side dishes to eat. Everything they serve is delicious. The only downside is that the prices for dinner are pretty steep so expect to pay around $ 50 for two people if you order a drink and add the tip.

Best Korean Restaurant in South Florida, I know them for 10 years now, and their food is absolutely amazing. I totally recommend it. They introduced to not just the Korean Barbecue, and soups but to Moochi Ice Cream.

Nothing that amazing. I got a bulgolgi noodle stir fry dish and they had frozen veggies like baby carrots, broccoli, and green beans. You could TOTES tell it was frozen. What the hell. Broccoli? That can’t even be authentic. Anyway the rest of the food was pretty good! Their tofu soup was flavorful and spicy. The fried oysters were really good though! They were fried in this eggy batter so you could really taste the oysters. The veggie dumplings were hella whatevs though :/. Again. Nothing AMAZING but it did the job

So amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and the waiters were patient with us. It is a little pricey but with amount of food that they serve it was worth it. The restaurant itself was nice and relatively quiet, great place for friends and family to eat together.

Neat lil place in Weston, loved the interiors and friendly service, the menu is extensive! I tried the bibimbap and listen when I cut the egg the luscious silky egg yolk was pouring out and I just put my chopsticks down and savor the moment! Loved the kick in the spicy sauce, the dish was very crisp, fresh and flavorful. Would love to go back for the hot pot!

This was my 3rd visit. We had not been in a few years, but we recently visited a different Korean BBQ and loved it, we decided to try one close to home again. We started with dumplings. They were tasty. Husband had some kind of beef dish. He said it was good. Our daughter had a kid’s chicken & rice dish. She’s 5 and really didn’t need a toddler plate… but I appreciated the smaller fork(which I had to ask for) and the plastic appetizer plate. I had a bitimbap. Only choice for protein was beef, which was tuff. I couldn’t find the egg… and because I don’t like spicy, it had ZERO flavor. I would have asked for soy sauce, but our waiter was no where to be found. I had 3 bites and my husband ate the rest. Service is TERRIBLE. I asked question about the kid’s meals and he was totally unhelpful and honestly, I felt like he could care less if we visit again. We were served lukewarm tea… no offer of sugar. No help with the menu. Next time I want Korean food, I will travel up to Gabose.

Pricey, but delicious. I go here all the time, and the food is always delicious. My family and I have tasted and loved the BBQ short ribs, spicy squid, the sliced spicy pork barbecue, kimchee pancakes, kimchee tofu soup, and the mochi ice cream. The pickles are awesome(their sesame salad dressing is unbelievable!), service is generally ok, and I keep coming back. Yum!

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. It’s sooo yummy, but sooooo pricy. And I don’t usually balk at prices much, but I felt that the price for galbi/bugolgi was a little high. Since this is what I’d come here for, it seemed too much for me. Other than that, the service was great, and the food was tasty. Unfortunately, due to the pricing/distance/etc., I see this as a spot I’d go to occasionally rather than often.

Solid four star restaurant. I remember first going here around 2005⁄2006 when the menu literally seemed to only have options for(Galbi) or(Grilled Chicken) and maybe a few(Stews) and of course the(Banchan, small dishes). But then I moved to New York and of course had the chance to experience a ton of other Korean restaurants. And since then Myun Ga’s menu seems to have grown exponentially every time I visit here and there. Other than the usual, I’ve tried their(Jeyuk Bokkeum, a spicy pork),(Haemul Pajeon, seafood pancake/omlet),(Japchae, noodles). I’ve oddly have had the chance to taste their(Bulgogi, grilled beef) or other typical Korean dishes. But for the dishes I’ve had, they’re pretty good. Of course some days have been better than others But typically, unless you’re heading to some over the top Korean restaurant, Korean dishes«made well» will taste good/decent. But that good/decent in comparison to your typical American BBQ is real good. Rarely have I eaten that is flavorless. I actually really like the and I’ve had plenty of in New York in Koreatown and Queens and to be honest this has been one of the better ones that I’ve tasted. It boggles my mind when I read reviews about people’s pregnant wives throwing up. Maybe your wife was allergic to one of the ingredients? Then you have people complaining about its location. Ummm what? Why even put that into your equation. If you haven’t noticed you live in the suburbs and you’re coming for food not some overpriced overrated restaurant that charges for the décor more than the quality of the food. Anyways, maybe people are«expecting» some sort of Americanized or «Asian Fusion» restaurant. This is not it. You’ll find a homely interior with a television showing Korean television shows and news. The waiters are usually a little bit younger and you’ll have patrons that are usually Korean, Chinese, some other Asian(such as myself) or someone dating a Korean. Expect Korean food in a Korean environment. This is a solid Korean restaurant and one of the few you’ll find in south Florida. Whenever I visit south Florida and have the craving for Korean food I’ll most likely come back.

I’m definitely a fan! A lot has changed since I was here last — that was years ago. My good friend, John(who is korean), introduced this place to me some years ago. I would love to give this place a solid 5 stars because I think the food got a lot better but the service was a bit lackluster. But also, maybe thats because I came in at 9:50pm and they«close» at 11pm. Basically that awkward scenario where all the servers/employees are just sitting at a table near you and kind of egging you to go home already. :| I hate that feeling, and I did leave feeling a tad bit rushed.(Btw, I left the restaurant at 10:30) I usually always order the same thing when I’m craving KBBQ: Seafood Pancake as App, order of Bulgogi + order of Galbee. So I did, but this time I chose the Shrimp Pancake and OMG, I will forever order this appetizer from Myung Ga for the rest of my dayzz. thats how much I enjoyed it. It comes with 6 pieces but the shrimp pieces are NOT tiny, and they are so thick and succulent.

The food here was very authentic. Tastes like what I had in Seoul. I had the gomtang(beef bone soup) and my friend had the haemul soondubu(seafood tofu stew). The beef bone soup was so good, not too salty and not too bland. The side dishes were a good mix. Their cucumber kimchi is just the right amount of spice for a weakling like me. The waiter was very nice when we asked for more side dishes. We did have to ask for water and tea refills but they were good sports about it. Overall, a good home-style Korean restaurant!

Excellent Korean restaurant, it’s worth the drive to Weston. I would consider myself a regular since I’ve been eating at this place since they were located in Doral, which is at least 5 – 6 years ago. The service is not excellent but it’s not as bad as described by other people, maybe I’ve gotten used to it and don’t even care anymore. The staff is always courteous though. The reason I come to this place is for the food, delicious and fresh every time.
