Great place for a haircut! Danielle did an excellent job with my haircut, and the salon has a great environment! I will definitely return!

I have curly hair and will only trust Keysa at hi tech hair to style and cut it. She does a wonderful job and the prices are very reasonable in comparison to most other salons in the area. Great cut and great prices!

Don’t even want to give one star. I called a made an appointment for a keratin treatment talked to Bernard he put down for 5pm and when I arrived at 4:30 pm the salon was completely closed… So unprofessional. Had I known they are so disorganized I would not have wasted my time calling to begin with…

Buyers Beware. I purchased a $ 99 Keratin treatment for my daughter which says it is a $ 300 value. She went there and they told her that because of her long hair she had to pay more. Nowhere in the Groupon does it say that it was based on length of hair. She was way overcharged by them, and taken advantage of. Big Scam!

Mine is a multi part review and will try to remain as factual as possible. I went here for the first time years ago. It was ok, but nothing special that would have kept me as a regular customer. Fast forward a couple years. My gym is nearby so I see it often. Consistently moderately busy. I bought a deal so went again. Same experience. Another couple years. Another groupon. My fault for not using it quickly enough and letting the deadline loom. I called, explained the situation and asked if I could make the appointment past the deadline as long as I booked. No go. Bernard the owner told me to get a refund from Groupon. Which they wouldn’t give me. So I made the appointment despite the fact that I didn’t really need it. I showed up on time, early on a Saturday. Once I got there they couldn’t find me on the schedule. My appointment was with the owner Bernard. He said ok, wait I will fit you in. I sat for about an hour. After that, he told me that he recognized me and the groupon was only for first time customers. Fine, I understand that. My biggest issue with that was that you couldn’t tell me that before having me wait and waste my time for an hour. I admit, I was pretty angry but held it in well. What really sparked it was his attitude. It is my opinion — I say that even though I am sure others would agree with me — but he is so brusque, abrupt and pretty much the opposite of what I think customer service should be. After I left I get a couple weird calls from him on my cell. The first was a long message but just silent, and then it goes into the background noise of the salon. The second one was where he was offering another appointment without any explanation. Maybe it’s age, new york attitude but it was very strange and off putting. He must be good at what he does but with so many salons out there, why subject oneself to such an atmosphere/experience? I definitely won’t. At least it’s sharpened my instincts and made me much more willing to walk out if I feel uncomfortable. At this point, I wouldn’t go there if they paid me.
