Ordered the Tiramisu cake and it was soft moist and just the perfect amount of sweetness. The mascarpone cream was yummy fluffy perfection. Totally worth the prices. And delivery was offered to Moon Thai restaurant in Weston. Absolute amazing!!!

I have ordered from Hey Sugar on two occasions. The first time, I ordered a red velvet cake for my husband’s birthday. It was absolutely delicious! Perfect level of sweetness. The second time, I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday and they were a hit! Above all, the customer service is absolutely amazing. I will definitely continue ordering from them in the future.

We had an amazing experience with them. Their cupcakes are delicious, all our employees loved them, we had our Employee Appreciation Week and more than 450 cupcakes with different flavors were done. Simply exquisite!

Great service! Called inquiring about same day delivery and not only were they able to deliver on the same day but they delivered within 2 hours of my phone call (this is including a 30 minute drive). I had requested a home delivery even though the recipient wouldn’t be at home but I was okay with the cupcakes being left on the front door. To ensure the quality of the cupcakes was intact and they wouldn’t melt, he suggested either delivering after work hours (when someone would actually be at home) or delivering to the recipients workplace which was a great idea! Not only that, but I got a text message confirming my purchase and a text message confirming the order was delivered! They did a great job personalizing it! A total sensation. Would highly recommend it!

It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed cupcakes from Hey Sugar Cupcakes and I don’t know why it took me so long to eat one… except that I’ve been on a diet. The owner told me that if I ate it standing up that the calories might not be absorbed… not sure if I believe him but I figured that I’d give it a try.
I received 4 cupcakes for my office. 1 carrot, 1 red velvet and 2 vanilla cupcakes. I tried the vanilla one which was dense & delicious which an incredible frosting. It was gently sprinkled with large sugar crystals. One of my sales reps has the Red Velvet cupcake and he said that he’s never tasted a milky frosting quite like this one had.
Delivery with a smile & on time, what more can I expect from a desert company? Great job!

Omg absolutely delicious and excellent customer service the owner Mark really goes above and beyond and stands behind his products with great reason because they are freaking awesome!!! I recently bought a batch from a local retailer and I wasn’t too happy because the cupcakes seemed as if they were not as fresh as anticipated. Mark immediately reached out and called me to follow up with my experience I was shocked! I was impressed that he took the time out of his busy day to find out why my experience was unsatisfactory I immediately felt heavy hearted that I even complained in the first place, he proceeded to tell me how he is a small business owner and stand behind his customers being 110% satisfied… He literally sent me a fresh batch the next day and boy oh boy!!! I was in heaven! I originally ordered a red velvet and Oreo which Were my favorites but in this batch contained a double chocolate and I fell in love!!! I’m not even a chocolate lover but I found myself licking the crumbs out of the cupcake holder. Plain and simple he is an awesome guy with awesome cupcakes they are so moist and yummy I’m getting hungry just talking about them!

I have been eating Hey Sugar cupcakes at special events or retail outlets for several years so I’m happy to finally write a review. Their cupcakes are so moist, perfectly sweetened, and incredibly delicious. My favorite flavors are the Redhead (red velvet) and the Nutty or Nice (milk chocolate cupcake with peanut butter frosting).
When you call to order, Mark one of the owners, is very curteous and patient and is happy to give you ideas about possible flavor combinations. He is even willing to create custom flavors for your specific taste and event. Hey Sugar Cupcakes are the BEST I’ve tasted and I’ll continue to order them for parties and recommend them to family and friends.

I wanted to send a special yummy gift to my sister for her birthday and because Hey Sugar Cupcakes had great reviews, I decided to give them a call. I placed an order over the phone with Mark the owner. He was extremely pleasant and helpful in putting together a perfect order of goddies for my sister. They were able to delivery the very next day. I would definitely recommend this bakery for special deliveries if you want to send a family member something for any occasion and you are from out of town. these cupcakes are pieces of heaven! mastered red velvet to perfection. they’re moist and just overall showering in deliciousness… I can’t express how much of a favorite these cupcakes are for me. I met Hey Sugar’s owner, Mark, as he was dropping off a delivery of cupcakes in Midtown at The Cheese Course. He spoke confidently about the flavor and moistness of his cupcakes and I naturally wrote him off as biased towards his own product.
My sincerest apologies. The chocolate cupcake is indeed the best chocolate cupcake I’ve had, bar none. It was as moist and flavorful as advertised, topped with a well-​balanced fudge frosting with mini chocolate chips. The large cupcake seemed pricey at first blush, but easily satisfied two.
I have returned several times for the same delicious chocolate cupcakes, and have found their quality consistent. Highly recommended.

Super great customer service I spoke with Mark on the phone, he’s really upbeat and enthusiastic about Hey Sugar.
I made my order of a dozen cupcakes to be delivered to a venue I was attending during the day for an event. He called me when he was nearby and coordinated with me to make the transaction smoothly.
I loved the clear packaging to see the beautiful cakes and the bow was a really sweet touch. I couldn’t wait to mess up these babies!
I went for the red velvet right away and I loved that the icing was not too sweet and tasted homemade and perfect. The cupcakes had pockets in the center for extra icing. ohh yeah :))
The pumpkin spice had a unique flavour and was tasty and not to much Pumpkin-​spices, again perfect icing.
The carrot cake was also delish. Bits of carrot in the cake, and that great icing again topped with walnuts, my other fav.
Chocolate cupcakes are usually my favourite but this time I found the other flavours to be more unique and complimentary to each other with the cake and icing.
Thank you Hey Sugar Cupcakes what a way to end the Event for me, and I was so excited to eat all of them on the spot they were so tempting!
