This place had terrible customer service. The owner was a jerk and didn’t care about his customers at all. The store got what it deserved. If you treat your customers like shit, then you have no more customers. With no more customers, you close.
Business 101. This guy couldn’t understand it

What a nightmare. I would say the initial experience was good, except they were out of black paint. The girl working there at the time was very nice. The wait time for them to fire my piece was a reasonable 5 days.
When I finally picked up my pottery it was chipped. Also, they carved numbers into the back of my piece that were fired in, basically completely ruining it since it was a plate i had decorated the front and back of. I called and the man on the phone couldnt have cared less. In face he told me this is the ONLY way that they could keep the pieces organized with their owner, which is a bald face lie since I have been to several paint-​your-​own-​pottery places and NEVER seen anything like that. They basically burned a serial number into my artwork. This man’s «i could give a damn» attitude assured that I will NEVER return.

We had our 9 year old’s birthday party here and it was a great time. Most of the kids were 9, but we also some 5 and 6 year olds there and they loved it too. The kids get to do all the cooking from scratch. First they made the batter for cupcakes and scooped them into the trays. The proctor puts the trays into the oven, and the kids then learned how to make the bread for the pizza dough. After kneading the bread, swirling the sauce and loading up on the cheese, they baked the pizzas. While the pizzas were cooking, the kids got to decorate the cupcakes with the different colored frosting and sprinkles.
It’s a great place for a party, but I wouldn’t have any more than 12 kids. It would be a tight fit in the kitchen area and probably get too expensive. The environment was fantastic, state of the art chef’s kitchen and very clean. The owner and his assistant seemed to really love working with the kids. I checked $$$ for pricey, but you have to consider that you don’t need to provide any food or drinks. You don’t have to clean up anything. They give you aprons for all the kids. You can pick them up in advance if you want to personalize them. The whole party was about 2 – 2.5 hours and the kids were never bored.
