This is a great place to come and eat a nice lunch with some friends. Good service. Good amount of TVs. And pretty good pizza. I would definitely come here on a Friday night!

I ordered the Lunch Meatball Parm sandwich on focaccia bread. The sandwich was not gushing with loads of sauce and cheese which was a good thing. Anthony’s had just the right amount of sauce and cheese to accompany the deliciously sliced meatball(which according to my waiter was all beef) on the sandwich. There was a little char on the bread which didn’t detract from it. I was able to finish all of it so sorry no doggie bags for me. I will return to try one of their pizza’s.

Really delicious neighborhood spot for pizza! When I’m craving a thin, but still substantial pizza, Anthony’s delivers. We prefer sitting outside because inside dining can feel a little cramped, but I love the location, have always had good service, and the pizza(duh) is always a hit. I would love to see more salad options!

Every time we come to this place, the wait staff is smiling, just so nice. It is noisy, but we like it since that means we can be noisy also. The pizza is great, the roasted cauliflower is unreal good, food comes out fast, and always hot. Beer selection is above normal. We just keep coming back.

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is my favorite spot for pizza. The salad with Gorgonzola, the chicken wings, and egg plant are my favorite appetizers. When you eat the pizza, you can notice the high quality ingredients that are used. My favorite pizzas include the Meatball Ricotta, Prosciutto Arugula, and the Mozzarella, Fresh tomato, Basil(no sauce). They also have a decent size(~7) craft beer menu!

Although many swear by it, I’m just not a fan of the food at Anthony’s. I’ll chalk it up to personal preference but the wings just seem«basic» and the pizza isn’t what I’m used to; granted, my expectations for Pizza are high, NY high. The salad is decent and the wait staff is pleasurable. Their air conditioning works well too!

I’m not a big fan of the pizza so this review will be more centered around helping someone that comes here that isn’t a fan of coal fire pizza. Why would you come here if you aren’t a big fan of coal fire pizza you ask? Well because my boyfriend loves this place so I occasionally try to make it work and it’s pretty good. Let me start by saying he LOVES the pizza from here. He gets the philly cheese steak pizza. He says it’s one of his favorite pizzas he’s ever had; this means a lot coming from someone as picky as him. Anyways, I really enjoy the wings and salad. The bread that comes with the wings is also really yummy! I like the wings because they are sautéed in onions. They aren’t spicey and are not your typical wings. They are pretty I good but sometimes they burn them a little. Other than that, very good! My only problem I have with this restaurant is that it is very expensive for what it is. That’s a big reason why I don’t like coming here too much. I think it’s a little ridiculous to charge almost $ 3 for a SMALL little container of cheese on the salad. I also asked for extra dressing and they charged me for it which I wasn’t happy about. It’s the little things that make me want to go back to a restaurant and this place does not do that for me!

Thin pizzas. Wood fired oven. Great sauces. Real Italian food. This is not your regular pizza or wings or meatballs. This is the real thing.

After moving from Weston six years ago and recently returning to have a nice nostalgia attack, I was pleased to see that Anthony’s, one of my favorite childhood restaurants, was still there. And all I can say was that it was just as incredible as I remember it to be from six years ago! First, we had the caprese salad which was great. The tomatoes were ripe, the mozzarella tasted great and fresh, and the basil was fresh as well. After our appetizer came our pepperoni pizza, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that it’s definitely on the top five pizzas I’ve ever had! The crust was amazingly crispy and soft at the same time, there was enough pepperoni to get some in every bite, and it wasn’t at all overwhelmingly greasy, which is a huge problem in most pizza places. Not here! So in conclusion, if you’re looking for a great pizza place in the Weston area, you’ve found it. Everything about this place is just great and I love it!

The food is phenomenal but the service is slow which takes away from an enjoyable experience. My friends arrived a few minutes before us and ordered their food, when I got to the restaurant I waited roughly 10 mins for the waitress to come around and that’s because my friend went and looked for her. The pizza is delicious, a little on the pricey side but you pay for the area you’re in. I asked the waiter that dropped off the pizza for some olive oil that after waiting a few minutes I walked up to the counter to get if not I would’ve never gotten it. The waitress stopped by the table twice to see if the order was fine, I asked her to refill our waters and she refilled one of them. Then the bill came and again we waited a while for her to come and take the payment… I don’t know, maybe ordering 3 pizzas wasn’t incentive enough to keep checking up on us. Being this my fourth time here, I know I like the pizza and the wings(not ordered today) but if I wanted to wait on myself I could’ve ordered take out.

One thing I have found is that most restaurants that have good food lack is service or if they have good service they have poor food. My wife and I have been going to this Anthony’s for years and have always had booth great food and service, THANKYOUJAMIE you are the best server… FYI all the servers we have had are good but Jamie is the best. As for the food to me consistent flavor and cooking is important and this Anthony’s location is always good food.

Hadn’t tried a good pizza place around Pembroke Pines and once again doing a Unilocal search didn’t let me down. The sitting arrangement inside was a bit awkward. They couldn’t accommodate 5 of us at a 6 person table so we managed to sit in a 4 person table and place an extra chair at the end. It made it difficult for waiters to walk by and my chair kept getting bumped. No worries, I was there for the pizza and I’m a huge pizza fan so I couldn’t wait. I wanted something spicy and they didn’t have jalapenos. We ordered a 12″ green chili and pepperoni. Take a look at my picture. It was amazing! The green chili’s were nicely grilled from the coal fire. Hands down a good pizza.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Crust was burnt and tough. Not enough sauce and it got stuck in my throat. My roommates hated it. Don’t waste your money. All I was left with was that burnt taste. That is not pizza.

Stumbled in here and ordered me some pizza and waaaangs. I’m from the Northeast, so we have a place very similar called«Angela’s Coal Fired Pizza», which has a similar premise, wings and all. The pizza here was very good. Flavorful toppings and nice charred, crispy crust(the Philly cheese steak was tasty). The wings were OK. I was thinking they’d be similar to Angela’s, and they were to a degree — just not as good. A little too dry and not as much flavor. I’d put more lemon/oil and rosemary on them, myself to be more tender. Beer selection was a little small, but for the size, had a good sampling of various types. The atmosphere was pub’esque, with a modern industrial touch and a handful of flat screen TVs. The bartender was nice. Overall, a good experience. Will probably go back if I am craving pizza.

I’m a regular here, the authentic taste is unmatchable! My friend from Italy who owned an Italian restaurant said that their pizza is the closest thing she’s had to pizza back home! Yeah this place is legit! There was a power outtage in the strip mall and this was the only place open because they do it the old fashioned way — coal fired oven baby! Yeah! And another time the manager let us in because every other place was closed even though it was close to their closing time! The coal charred chicken Wings with focaccia bread carmelized onions and fresh parsley and the Paul n young Ron pizza w/hot peppers are a must have! It’s named after the radio show. They have different beers on tap and local ones too, holy mackerel is a popular one! I love the ambience, the pictures and service is great too! Ladies, check out the bathroom for the really cute pictures ;)

Anthony’s(Coal Fired Pizza/Runway 84), always a reliable casual eatery to make everyone happy and fail proof when it comes to catering an event. I have been to just about every single Anthony’s location because my family is addicted and when we throw parties, there is a good chance my family ordered off of the catering menu. Pro-tip 1: The original location is the Fort Lauderdale location which is also called Runway 84. For whatever reason, I still think the original location still puts out the best food, but you can’t go wrong dining at any of the other locations, the food extremely consistent at each location. WHATTOORDER(at any location): — SALAD, its always a huge hit and its healthy with an array of toppings. The dressing is delicious. Pro-tip 2: Order a side of gorgonzola cheese for the salad. Pro-tip 3: You can get a bottle of their delicious dressing to take home, its addictive, do it. — WINGS, not breaded and perfectly charred by the coal with a healthy serving of the most delicious grilled onions on top with a side of bread. Pro-tip 4: The wings chilled the next day with the chilled onions are delicious, no need to reheat. — CAULIFLOWERPIZZA, you don’t even need to be a veggie lover to fall in love with this pizza. It is unique, without tomato sauce, has lots of garlic for us garlic loving folks, mozzarella, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and is charred to perfection. Obsessed with this pizza(see picture below), this is really the driving force for why I come here. — PAULANDYOUNGRONPIZZA — For the meat lovers, meatballs, hot/sweet sausage, and ricotta cheese. Always a huge hit. Pro-tip 5: This pizza is named after Paul and Young Ron from formerly 94.9FM Zeta(South Florida’s Rock Station, where they hosted one of the greatest morning shows) and now you can listen to them on 105.9FM, Big 105. After all of these years later, they are stilling putting on a very entertaining morning show to listen to on the way to work. — EGGPLANTPARM: Very thinly sliced and the sauce is great. Perfect catering item and always a hit for our catered parties. Now as to the WESTONLOCATION specifically: — Has outdoor patio seating which is very nice(most locations do not have this offering) — It is in a large shopping center and it is not visible from the street so if you see the Publix, you are in the right shopping center. If you are trying to cater to the masses in your family/large group of people, this place is great for dining in, pickup, and catering. They truly have something for everyone with every type of dietary restriction. You can make a gluten free diner, lactose free diner, and vegetarian all happy at once and still share with them. Service is very quick for dinning in and for the nights you don’t feel like cooking, you can call ahead and do take-out.

My favorite pizza place in Weston, and I don’t even like pizza! Lol The way they cook it in the coal fire oven it comes out almost like a flatbread, and almost burned. The crust is crunchy and flavorful. They have several specialty pizzas on the menu, I usually get half margarita(which is fresh tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese-no sauce) and half meatball and ricotta cheese. Their salad is always fresh with a delicious house vinaigrette dressing, I order it with gorgonzola cheese. It comes with eggs and chick peas. The meatballs are pretty good, served with ricotta cheese. And on this particular visit I tried the wings, served with grilled onions. Also pretty good. But my favorite is the pizza. This is always my first choice for pizza in Weston!

You really can’t go wrong here. Whether you’re just having some wings n salad at lunch or enjoying one of the fresh made sandwiches(my favorite is the Roast beef hot with melted fresh mozz), you’re surely in for a treat. They are a franchise and there are now many locations but they’ve been able to stay consistent with their service in food throughout the growth… Impressive. The pizza is more of a coal fired gourmet style, not the type you order for a kids pizza party or in my opinion for a football Sunday with the guys either. It’s not great for takeout I think it’s best enjoyed at the restaurant. My favorites are the pepperoni, white pie, coli flour, and the fresh mozz, tomato basil. Everything here is well done and it says it everywhere so you’ve been warned! They recently started carrying a lot of different beers and they’ve always had a pretty good wine selection. Service is always great and front of the house managers are trained well as the consistency shows from location to location. Calzones are amazing but huge! For appetizers the eggplant Marino and meatballs both hit the spot!
