Taco Bell

Taco Bell is my spot when hammered. Went there sober for the first time in maybe 5 years. 8pm, Monday, and just wanted to get the new beefy crunch burrito. 2 cars in front of me…15 min wait. I mean if it’s Friday or Saturday night I get it… massive drunk orders… and the bags that went to the cars in front of me weren’t huge. Oh well… food is always bomb especially when hammered. Just work a bit on getting faster service. Great ppl that work there tho.

Here we go again, EVERY time I try to eat here! Again I got a craving and ventured to the Westmont store right by work. This time they forgot the sour cream on the Crunchwrap Supreme and had to go back; took me 11 more minutes of my lunch to correct. At least I checked before I left the lot this time. Haven’t been there in 11 months –it hasn’t changed and when I say they NEVER get my order right — I am being VERY literal. See review from 24Mar2015 for several more examples.

Well first off, it’s Taco Bell so it’s not like they care. This location is always understaffed and it always seems to be during lunch and dinner rush times. The food has been luke warm at best the past few visits. I usually order some soft tacos and the «soft» is missing. So dried out it has become a hard shell taco. When they get busy, they get messy. Tons of cross contamination of the toppings. Chunks of tomatoes in the cheese, lettuce everywhere. Doesn’t seem like they really care. Almost every other Taco Bell I have been to is better than this one.

Im gonna give em 3 stars because its still Taco Bell and I effing love Taco Bell. However, whats the deal with waiting 20 minutes for a dang quesadilla? me and my moe were there the other day and my bro got 7 tacos and it took like 3 minutes per taco.

Bad experience. Cheese in my AM crunchwrap wasn’t even melted. Sausage and eggs were lukeworm. Hash browns were half ass. I will never goto this location again, I’ve had much better experiences at other Taco Bell’s in the past.

I was just there at 10 mins after 1am and I was told they’re closed. All the lights on and they’re not supposed to close till 2am! I’m very pissed off! What a bunch of bullshit incompetent workers! If you’re to lazy to do your job, find a new one! It’s 2 blocks from my house I’ve been going there since I can remember. And now I will NOT go back!

I am going to give this 5 stars not only was the food good and hot, but it was fresh. There were only two people in the place. They were handling the start of the late drive-​thru rush and the dine-​in rush orders. It took a minute for our food to arrive, but we were not mad. Upon leaving we even praised the girls for busting their «expletives» off. Maybe better management is needed?

I do not know why I am writing a review for a Taco Bell because I am pretty sure no one Unilocal fast food joints. The best advice that I can give you is to check your order before driving away. I ordered two steak chalupas and when I got back home, I noticed it was two ground beef chalupas. I also asked for hot sauces and the cashier did not give me any.

This Taco Bell is newly remodeled hard to get to so your food there is very sub par there’s about 3 oz of meat on a beef burrito supreme the soft tacos want any better overall rating 0 do not go patronize this place

One star is being generous. I never knew burritos could taste like shit until I went to this Taco Hell. The tortilla for the burrito was hard and literally crumbled off. The beans in the burrito were hard and crusty, and the meat was awful. I wouldn’t expect old ingredients in my meal at 11:30am, but I guess I should know better getting food from a place like this…

This Taco Bell is heaven for drunk people in the late of the night that have mad craving or drunchies (drunk munchies). After a social event, my friends and I were all hungry and wanted some junk food to eat. We took 2 cars and went through the drive thru of Taco Bell to order our share of food. Man I did not realize how delicious a crunchwrap supreme is when you are inebriated! It was one of the best Taco Bell meals I have ever had in my entire life.
Taco Bell, you are a godsend, especially since everything else closes so early in DG.

In need of food and not wanting to get out of the car, my fiancée and I decided to hit the drive thru for a couple of shitty tacos. We pulled up and placed our order. Fiancée got tacos where I ordered a burrito meal. I asked to sub the taco for chips and nacho cheese (which is the way the meals used to come) and I was told they couldn’t do that. Strange, as they had done it for me several times before. When I mentioned that to the cashier she copped an attitude and told me her manager said no. I settled for a number 10. We pulled up to the window gave away too much money and left, irked by the attitudes. When we got home we realized everything was wrong. Fiancée ordered 5 soft shell tacos and my meal was supposed to come with 2. In the bag were 4 crunchy tacos and my cheesy whatever. When I went yo check the receipt we realized, oh we didn’t get a receipt. Great.
At this point I’m most upset that I forked over $ 15 for this shit. I called and asked to speak with a manager. When the phone was passed off I asked «is this the manager?» To which she replied affirmatively. I told her my story and she asked what she could do to make up for it. I told her all I really wanted was a refund and she passed me on to another woman who asked me what was going on. I asked who I was speaking with and she told me she was the manager. When I asked who I was speaking to before she said just a crew member. I guess everyone’s the manager there… this woman was quite rude, Tasha something and very unaccommadating. She told me I would have to speak with a general manager on Tuesday to receive a refund but I’m not going to even bother because I’m sure that will get me nowhere without a receipt.

I debated leaving 1 star but my boyfriend said the guy working was nice so they get an extra star for that employee. Why only one star for the food? BECAUSE THEY CAN NEVER GET IT RIGHT. I spend money on a steak burrito I want a steak burrito not a beef burrito. My boyfriend does not eat tomatoes and every time we say no tomatoes he gets tomatoes. It’s get for after a night of drinking but after a long day of work when you are starving and know what you want it is a horrible idea because 9 times out of 10 you wont get what you ordered.

I had a riot here with my family on April 26^th, Very clean, food was awesome! Hadn’t been to a taco bell in a long time. People behind counter were very friendly and food could have come up a little quicker but well worth the wait!

Sometimes you’ve gotta slum it and have a contest with you friends to see who can get the heaviest tray of food for 4 bux. This is my stop. Long John Silvers is gone and this is strictly a TB now, to which I’m indifferent… never ate any LJS so I don’t miss it.

I frigging despise Taco Bell… but I have been dying for Long John Silver’s chicken… so when a friend suggested a ride out here, I was game. Super fast and friendly service and the chicken hit the spot! Good prices for the amount of food you get. i would go back.

How awesome is it to have both restaurants in the same location? Sometimes you feel like Taco Bell, sometimes you feel like LJS. OR if you’re like me, you’d get both in the same sitting. Weird isn’t it??? The service is so super speedy, you don’t even know what hit you. One minute, you finish ordering, and the next minute — as soon as you’re done filling up your drink (self-​serve), your tray of food will be waiting for you. Staff is friendly, and will sometimes give you a laugh.
