The holy grail is here! I can’t believe the name. It sounds the least bit Asian! We ordered the wings, of course, beef Larb, and papaya salad. We could have ordered more, but friends were cooking dinner for us that night. If you are looking for authentic Larb, come here. They have amazing cooks in the back and they don’t cut corners!

Having lived in Cambodia for the last 12 years, we found this place as authentic as it gets! We could even talk to the staff in the Khmer language to get the full effect(as we missed our home). Wonderful! We will be back!

The name! This place crossed my radar a while back but I refused to even look just because of the NAME. Yes. Sometimes a name matters especially with a Chinese restaurant. Walking in I saw the logo. It’s basically Donald Duck with a tray full of I’m assuming Chinese take out. But I would also assume the person responsible for this name and logo is a fan of the«duck»? To be continued… One more notable thing about this place is the menu. My friend says it rivals the bible or better yet it is truly compelling. I suggest zero in on your type of meat or no meat. It’s a good start. The servers are very helpful. We ordered the String Beans with Pork Belly. Omg! Get this! Crunchy string beans and the Pork belly? Soo good! Next is Beef on a stick. Basically marinated beef similar to satay without the peanut sauce. You don’t need the sauce. It’s all there. It’s all good! Also try their fried chicken. You won’t regret it. We had the Szechuan flavored sauce with it. Now the next dish is my favorite that’s why I’m here. Specifically in a Cantonese Restaurant. SALTEDFISHFRIEDRICE. Holy smokes! I finally found THEONE. Lol! Never mind the name or the«duck» logo. The food is solid. Authentic!

The food was very good, hub ordered sesame chicken, I ordered garlic shrimp, though I didn’t taste any garlic, it was still amazing. I love love love the jalapeño slices they have on the tables, super hot.

The name of this restaurant was misleading. I imagined this place to be like a togo place for wings but do not underestimate the 2nd part of the name: «N Things.» There are a lot of THINGS! The menu is huge & is in fact listed in the form of a fat binder. There’s something on the menu for everyone for sure. What is their overhead that they are able to have all of these ingredients and dishes on hand @ all times?! The décor inside is a hard 1 out of 5 but the food is fantastic and deserving of 5 stars. Let’s start with the food: Tamarind fried fish with cucumber and tomato — crispy with a tasty chili sauce that you could eat plain over rice Thai tea Fried battered chicken wings with jalapeño, salt, pepper and rice crisps– so bomb– I want some more right now! I preferred this over the regular wings Fried wings with buffalo sauce Green curry with chicken(mild) — great amount of spice & kick despite the fact that we ordered a mild Pad Thai with pork — the noodle was thinner than your regular pad thai noodle(more like banh phở) Papaya salad with medium spice Laos sticky rice — awesome that they offered this and served it in authentic little Laotian containers We also ordered a lemongrass green beans dish that never came because they forgot about it but luckily we were too full to miss it & were even glad that it didn’t come because our table of 6 had difficulty finishing the stuff that did come. The interior is outdated and dark. Chairs are fake red leather and the crystal and gold chandeliers inside clash with the tacky chairs. Don’t expect much in terms of ambience. It’s not too spacious inside and the menu comes in a binder with laminated pictures of all the dishes(much appreciated)!

This is my place to go when I am craving for authentic Laos, Thai and Cambodian food. I especially love the bitter Lao soup with all of the beef intestines, tendons, tongues, etc… they are super yummy! Although it can get so crowded over the weekend, I still order for pick up. Now, the best thing about this restaurant is that they do also serve hamburgers, french fries, and wings(by the pound). But many people I’ve seen had settled for hotpot and Asian dishes. They have so much dishes to choose from. Yum!!!(I took my mother there once and she went back home to California and still calls me telling me she’s craving for the bitter Lao soup, papaya, and beef sliced Lao laab.) Hehehe

This place! The Thai style fried chicken wings were so good, I’m still thinking about them. Great pad Thai too. The menu is massive– I can’t wait to go back and move my way through it.

If you want authentic Cambodian food in the Colorado area, this is the place to go! Being a Long Beach native, who moved to Chicago, Cambodian food is difficult to find, unless you go to the temple during the Buddhist holidays and the Cambodian community brings food. I am in Boulder area for work and was referred to Woodys by the Cambodian owners of Panang Thai in Louisville. I am always on the hunt for Cambodian whenever I’m traveling for work. Okay back to Woodys. It’s located in an isolated area of Westminster. It was about a 20 minute drive from Louisville. When you first pull in, the name Definitely throws you off. Woodys, wings and things? I mean they do offer wings, but I’m interested in the«things». Don’t expect anything extravagant, it’s a humble little restaurant, décor can use some updates but I’m here for the food, not to stare at fancy furniture. Ok food. They have a good amount of Cambodian, Vietnamese, Chinese and Laotion dishes. I ordered the Cambodian big flat rice noodles with seafood also know as «Me-ka-thang». The dish was on point. Tasted exactly how I imagine it to be! Super authentic! Not a brush off version of Pad See eww. I loved that it’s owned by a Cambodian family. The owner would periodically come by to make sure you are enjoying the food. I highly recommend this place and will be back to eat here when I’m in town. Thanks Woody!

This place is my go to when I’m REALLY craving Lao/North Eastern Thai food. They do use a bit more MSG than most places. But I am willing to suffer about once a year. haha cause some of these take too long or difficult to cook. Amazing Fried chicken, Fried fish, and Somtum.

Had my last meal with my family here before I headed back to California after Christmas. The name is misleading. You would think Woody’s wings and things is an american restaurant but actually it’s a Thai restaurant that serves Thai food in addition to your every day american hot wings. Place is of decent size. Clean and the hosts are friendly. Service was pretty quick. We ordered lots of dishes but only a few was on par with my taste buds. The papaya salad was not good. The green curry was decent and the crispy fish was good but the sesame chicken was not good. The bitter larb was good and the pad thai was ok. In any case I know there are not to many asian restaurants in Colorado so I’m glad my family has this one to go to when they don’t feel like cooking.

Does anybody remember the blog«Stuff White People Like»? #71 is «Being the only white person around.» So, yeah, that’s how I feel at Woody’s. It feels really AUTHENTIC and like I’m a SUPERSPECIALWHITEPERSON, even though it’s been around for years and, like, everybody knows about it. So, the reliably amazingly delicious things I’ve had from Woody’s: — Beef waterfall — Fried rice with salty fish — Crispy fried fish with lime sauce(whole fish) — Green beans with lemongrass — Wings — Papaya salad We tried the American Chinese food once and were VERYVERY sad. A few things to know: — Once the server insisted that we didn’t want to order literally everything we ordered because we weren’t Asian. That is one of my pet peeves. — No prices on the menu, but the other night we ordered tons of food for four people, and including drinks and tip, the bill came to $ 20/person. The whole fish was the most expensive at $ 19. Deal, man. — People have said it’s in a «ghetto strip mall». Uh, it’s in a working class neighborhood in the middle of nowhere, and I live around the corner, so I take exception to that. — The bathroom is fine. I read other reviews that made it sound like a house of horrors, but it’s really pretty acceptable. — The décor clearly hasn’t changed since they opened. It’s CHARMING, friends. So, you can go to Woody’s, although you should know I ate all the food, so there’s none left for you. Sorry, suckers!

I have a soft spot in my heart for Woody’s. I’ve been coming here since high school(10+ years ago). Where else can you get great buffalo wings, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai and Laos food in one sitting? This place is both indecisive people but great for a group with varied tastes. Their menu is literally a 1 inch 3 ring binder full of deliciousness. The last time I went we had the lemongrass/peanut wings, seafood/tofu hot pot, Chinese broccoli with crispy pork belly, and lao noodle soup. Everything was really good and we had not leftovers despite ordering too much. The waitstaff are friendly and give good recommendations so just trust me, trust them, and eat at Woody’s!

Decided to come here because of all the good reviews about the wings! When the waiter handed us the menus, it was a thick menu. They have a lot selection you can chose from like Thai, Laos, Vietnamese, and American food. All of this was really overwhelming because the menu was all over the place. There weren’t any prices on the menu either. The Papaya salad was decent, the noodle combo was also decent, Thai tea was surprisingly good. We also ordered the wings, we got the sweet and spicy sauce? I think that’s what it’s called. I would say it was just alright BC they really drenched the wings in that sauce. The special Thai flavor was REALLY good! I loved it! It also came with their hot sauce which paired well with the wings! Just a FYI if you order that certain flavor it takes about 15 mins for them to bring out. I’m not from Denver so I can’t say I would ever come back here if I was in town visiting.

The lemon grass/peanut sauce wings are Amazing! If you are a fan of wings– this is a must try. If you order a side of rice, use the remaining sauce with the rice– delicious! We also ordered the udon noodles with seafood. The noodles tasted great– very unique yet delicious flavor but was bummed that I didn’t find much seafood in the entrée. This isn’t the first time we’ve eaten here and definitely will not be the last!

Honestly the only reason I come here is for their pad thai! I’ve tried many other restaurants and this is hands down my favorite place to order this dish. Like any good Thai restaurant, they offer this dish in their many varieties of spice. I have a sensitive spice palette so I always get their pad Thai with no spice(I know I’m weak sauce) because I’ve tried their mild and hot, way too hot for me. Not for my fiancée tho who loves spice! His go-to food at this restaurant is their spicy papaya and the spicier, the better according to him. Their pad Thai can be ordered in a few different ways, either chicken, beef, or a combination of both plus shrimp. Usually I get the combo but this last time I came in, I just ordered the chicken. The price has increased slightly in the past few years, but I think it’s still worth it. My favorite thing about this dish is that it is not dripping in sauce but the noodles are soaked in the right amount making it not dry. I love the array of flavors that my taste palette gets when I eat this dish. It’s best to dump the whole sauce they provide over your noodles and squeeze the lime, then mix it up since there is an egg on top. My mouth is drooling thinking about this dish lol. Other than Thai, this restaurant also sells Cambodian, Laos, and American dishes. I have had other dishes here before and they’re decent as well. But seriously the only reason I come here like I said, is for their pad Thai.

I discovered this place back in high school and I been coming here since. My family is also a big fan of this place. Every now and then we reserved a large portion of the restaurant for our family gathering. The food selection here is endless. They have a big binder for their menu and everything item in it has a corresponding picture so you know exactly what you are getting. Woody’s serve many types of Asian cuisine(Cambodian, Laotian, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese) and they also serve American dishes as well. I never opt for any of those because the Asian dishes are authentic and amazing!!! You seriously cannot go wrong with any of their items. My family loves the papaya salad, steamed fish, combination lad na, beef waterfall, and their hot pot. Also, their thai teas are soooo good; freshly made and not from a bottle. Their staff are always friendly and attentive as well. Besides their décor, the bad thing about this place is there are no prices for the food in their menu.

I really think it would be best if they changed the name, because it’s a so popular for the southeast Asians and known for the Cambodian, Laos, Thai, Vietnamese food. Location — wish it was in Denver, it’s in a ghetto strip mall up north, boo! Décor — really casual, traditional, bland… but I come for the food! Besides, it has a homey feel because all the regulars eat there as if it’s a home cooked meal with family. Food — phenomenal if you like Thai/Cambodian food. VERYSPICY. Oh, and be ready for some funny smells(fermented fish smells)… very authentic. Love the Laos style(you can do Thai also) papaya salad, also love the deep friend fish with lime sauce, try the fried rice with shrimp paste, water spinach(onchoy) with crispy pork. I should have written this review a while ago but I’ve been busy so I don’t remember all the food I’ve had there, but I do know I’m never disappointed. And yes, the menu is like a phone book… it’s exhausting looking through it.

This place has really amazing«United Asian» food like Thai, Cambodian, Chinese and Vietnamese… and they have amazing wings! I usually get my wings plain with soy sauce and chili oil here. So delicious, try it without the sauce and make your own on the table. Their fries and fried zucchinis are really good too! The menu is overwhelming if you have never been here before. It’s literally a book but good thing there are pictures to help guide me. My favorite of their Asian dishes are — Hot Pot Stew(shrimp, squid, fish cake, snap pea and amazing fried tofu stew in a sauce.) This is one of my favorite. Green Bean with either chicken or pork any sauce that they do. Fried Rice of any combination and my favorite is their Thai Fried Rice, it’s got tomatoes and onions. So delicious! Fried whole fish, only had the Thai style with lime… Sticky rice… Cambodian Lak Lok? I think that’s the spelling, it’s steak cubes with lime dipping sauce, it’s soooo awesome! I come here a lot and I can always find something different but I always ended up with one of those things above… and always order the wings. The price is super reasonable here!
