They are kicking my two kids and I out for no reason. I have to be out right before Christmas and I went to go and ask if I can stay one more month cause I can’t find a place and they told me no cause they already rented the apartment out. So now they are making us move out on the streets right before Christmas. What a great Christmas my kids are going to have. If I were u I wouldn’t move into this place.

This place has its pros and cons. But overall, I had a very bad experience. –My car got broken into. –The manager is very rude. –At first the rent was managable, but they kept raising the rent every year and it was getting ridiculous. –Can only use the pool with a very small amount of people. Same goes with the«clubhouse» –When we did move out, they charged us OUTRAGEOUS shit like«not returning the parking stickers» even though they didn’t tell us we had to return it. $ 80 each!!! Argh. ANDD they charged is for cleaning out the house after we moved. Even though the manager said they’ll do it themselves. That bitch just said that for extra money. Ridiculous.

I just moved out of the Tres Vidas apartments this weekend. Had to move because of the long commute to work. I would say that its a great place to live very comfortable. Management is very cooperative. Great value for money.

This review is LONGG overdue. When I tell people that I’ve rented a 1 bedroom w/1 bath 760sq for $ 1210(2nd year) back then, they would look at me with a shocked expression. Renting at Tres Vidas for 2 years was the most blissful time of my life! Yes, the rent for 1 bedroom w/1 bath 760sq for $ 1195(1st year) was a bit expensive, but my gosh, it was wellll worth it! Pros –Phi, Sheila, and the Maintenance workers are such nice people! –Abundant of hot water! They do alert you if the water is going to be down for whatever reason ANDD when the water is down their model apartment is available if you need to shower or use the restroom. =) –the sq ft for 1 bedroom is SPACIOUS! We had 3 adults sharing a 1 bedroom apartment. –AC, heater, & ceiling fan equipped –Gas & water bill is paid for –patio is spacious! –spacious walk-in closest DROOOLL –clubroom 2 billiards table &1 Ping-Pong table(Asians are going at it! With their crazy moves! Gets pretty intensive watching them play!) –volleyball court, well kept, but barely used. i would think a gym or basketball court would have been more useful. –2 tennis courts(well kept & lite) –parking space(1 bedroom we had an assigned carport &1 first come, first serve open parking) –reserve BBQ Pits for special occasions to secure that pit for the day =) –security person walking around the premises at night –get fit and run around the complex! 2 ½ lap around the complex is 1 mile =) Cons –you can hear your neighbor flush their toilet or shower. but after a month living here, it becomes a norm and doesn’t bother you anymore. –every other day you will HEARGARDENERS. its annoying. BUTTT the place is WELLKEPT! –Front door needs a better peephole –Stoves are«electric» not«gas» –laundry mat is quarter based. wish they had use a reloadable card instead. –laundry facilities aren’t open 24hours. –a lot of geckos here… scary…also poor snails. im oh so sorry. –1 swimming pool that goes up to 4 ½ feet + Jacuzzi bubbblessss(weekends = pool parties; terribly crowded boooo) –lacks a basketball court & a gym –gates aren’t remote controlled blahh! Also not censored where when you want to leave the complex… you have to stick your card back into the machine to open the gate…(becomes painful when you have guests that parks inside) –trash bins tends to fill up pretty quick. –at times we would secretly call our upstairs neighbors Godzilla HORRIBLEINCIDENT because we have 3 cars one had to be parked outside in front of the apartment complex… and unfortunately… the car was broken into… some amateur tried to grand-theft the car, but FAILEDMISERABLY… thank goodness it was a beat up car. so we weren’t too sad over the incident. Reason we moved out~~~~~~~~~~ –Rent increased every year at the end of the lease contract. We were paying way too much for a 1 bedroom apt. –BIGGEST reason. no pets allowed… we secretly kept kitties in our apt… Thank you soo much TV! We enjoyed our time here immensely! (sorry for secretly breaking the rules w/the pet policy)
