I had a great experience at this t-​mobile store with darren. I broke my phone and expected to pay $ 175 for the upgrade with my jump plan, instead he helped me just pay off my previous phone a s3, and moved me into a s5, I ended up saving about 30 $ by doing this, plus I’ll be saving $ 3 every month on my bill. He Also got me into a nice new otter box case for only $ 4 & put the screen protector on flawlessly. Sadly I lost all my pictures but he tried everything he could to get them back. All in all I walked out of there with a better phone and a new case for under what I was expecting to pay just to replace my old one.
