I had a really good experience at this location! I’m pretty much clueless when it comes to makeup but all of the girls working were super nice and very helpful. I went in on a Friday afternoon and the place was busy but I was greeted right away with a smile and the lady asked what I was looking for right away. She could tell that I was a little overwhelmed so she sat me down and started color matching me. She told me what products she liked best but also wasn’t shy about telling me the prices which I really liked! I find at some places they don’t want to tell you how much their products are or seem to beat around the bush. The gal wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try and upsell anything to me either which was a relief especially since I am so clueless when it comes to makeup. Overall good customer service! I’ll be going back to this location for sure!

We are in the Neighborhood, to this Sephora we went. That afternoon was on Saturday November 9th 2013. Time was about 11:10hrs ish.
Actually I wanted to purchase a GIFT CARD for one my friend since her Birthday was around the corner. This review is BASED ONLY on the Sephora store inside this JCPenny. The staffs from this Sephora is indeed helpful. At the same time, there are several items that catches my eye. But being me, I still need to «look around» for better deals in town before making my own purchase. Might return when needed.

Thankfully, where my friend lives, she has a Sephora in JCPenny.
