Sbarro

I know this place is closed but I owe it to the workers to write something nice. I’ve been coming to this Sbarro since I moved to California back in the 90s. The service had always been great to be and the food was always good. I liked the workers they were always friendly :-) so thanks guys!

Less than mediocre.
You know how sometimes food court eateries offer free samples? The employee standing in front of Sbarro was giving out sample bites of their breadsticks. And those samples were cold and tasted old. That was the perfect representation of their product.
Located toward the back of the food court, I don’t think this location gets enough business. The food sitting on the counter did not look fresh and the pizza we ordered was nothing special.
Mall food is usually not that great to begin with, but this place is at the very bottom of the barrel.

this is one of the worst sbarro !!! i have been to one in brea mall, way better than this crap! service is shitty, food is soggy, not cold at all. and also manager is rude as hell! Workers were nice but, manager showing me all that attitude like i m eating for free… yeah i don’t pay to see your shitty attitude.
never going there again.

Wish I had read the Unilocal reviews before eating there. The food. was cold and mediocre. They said there was no way to get the pasta hotter than it came out of the warming tray. They put the stromboli back in the oven so it did get warm enough but it still wasn’t wort eating. There were several people behind the counter, but nobody offered to bring it to our table, so I had to keep going to the counter to check on its progress.
A worthless place with uncaring workers. Avoid it,

Soggy pizza but it will get a bit crispier if you ask the server to heat it up in the oven before boxing it up.
I ended up getting 2 for 1! I originally ordered one slice but answered their survey at the bottom of the receipt and got a coupon (I showed the lady my phone screen) for another one! Woohoo!

Eww nasty food

Pizza is kinda soggy, but I like the flavor. the food needs a little work. The food is a little too greasy

At first the food looked appealing, so I said, «sure why not 10 dollars». FOOD SUCKS. pizza was soggy, the guy was a doosh bag to me. I asked him what I can get with the combo, and he just said read the menu. I was being nice, and I just got the pizza combo. Food was disgusting, avoid this restaurant!

What can I say? At the mall, some places are really good, but some are terrible money sucking chain stores, and this was one of them.
Pizza: Soft, soggy crust overpriced. A great way to test pizza quality is to turn it over and if all the toppings fall off, its a poor pizza. It failed that test! I’ve had better pizza in elementary school for 50c. There was not crispness at all to the pepperoni, or any stretch to the cheese.
I don’t think I’ve had worse pizza.
Salad:
What no dressing? Caesar salad is supposed to have the dressing mixed in. There was a huge line to go back and ask for it so that was out of the question.
Drink: I forgot to ask for no ice. It was 95% ice and 5% drink. What a crock.
Combo costed $ 7 what a rip.
