I’m not kidding but all our food was served under cooked, first my chicken was raw in the middle, next my husband’s shrimp dish wasn’t cooked through and my daughter chicken salad had raw pcs of chicken in it!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this before, it took forever for the manager to come over, when she finally came, she told us the meal was on them minus the appetizer and our drinks! Oh thanks bc the rest of it was inedible and I ate raw chicken!!! What what and what??? We thank you for taking our raw food which we couldn’t eat off the tab. We will never go back and I hope we don’t get sick. Very unsafe place to eat. If I were a manager I’d give us the whole meal for free, but we can’t all be good managers. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow.

Once again, hindsight is 20⁄20 and we should have listened to the Unilocal reviews for this location. We called ahead and the employee told us there was not a wait. So we arrived at 4:00 on a Friday evening and the restaurant was practically empty(should have been our second clue). We waited for about 15 minutes while they set up our table up for a party of 9. Our waitress was attentive, but there was a disconnect somewhere in the service line. It took a long time to receive our food and refills. Most of our party got the salad bar. Every item on the salad bar was at most half full, but most of them empty. One member of our party asked for rolls and she was told by the waitress that she would have to make them since they were fresh. We never received the rolls. We also had to ask for refills several times. The food was good, but it was the typical Ruby Tuesday chain food. If you like 6 pieces of shrimp and two pieces of tilapia with 2 sides for $ 15.99 then this is your place. At the end of our meal, 2 hours after we arrived, we expressed displeasure in several of the service problems listed previously and the waitress told us she spoke to management. We never saw or heard from the management. We won’t be returning to this location.

Arrived at 4 pm on Saturday 11/7, and the restaurant was empty. It took 15 minutes to be seated. The salad bar was depleated. Meal took over 30 minutes to be delivered. They never delivered our dinner rolls, even though we requested them. Food was good. Server was very pleasant. We expressed our displeasure to server who agreed and said that she had no help. She passed on our concerns to the manager and cooks. No one bothered to come speak with us. We will never patronize this restaurant again.

I don’t know why I insist on giving this place a chance. With what is obviously a new crew the service has gone even father downhill. Half the salad bar empty on a Friday night, my burger burnt to a crisp. Not to mention the wait staff couldn’t seem to know which order went to which table.

I give This location 4& ½ Stars. I detest the parking lot! It seems like a great location, but the 140⁄97 intersection can be dicey. Access is thru the Target lot, which is a death trap. Beware, be careful, then breathe a sigh of relief &EAT! Each visit of late has been better than the last. This Ruby T’s has been a reliably safe option for us in recent years. The Garden Bar is well stocked(sure beats«never-ending BLAH» at that olive place ;-) & that plus a bowl of their broccoli-cheese soup(& warm cheddar biscuits) is a satisfying, reasonably priced option. I do miss their sandwiches, but the flatbreads that have replaced them look tasty… Only tried the apple crumble dessert one so far, & it was nice, w/vanilla ice cream on top it reminded me of delish childhood apple crumbles.(+ big enough to share ;-) The service of late has been getting stronger, some servers better than others at anticipating needs(Angel today was really good). The burgers are good(if you want avocado, ask if it’s RIPE before ordering.) Generous, fresh toppings, even the tomatoes(& we are choosy ‘mater folk B-) Always cut mine to check inside, plus these burgers are easier for me to wrangle in HALFsies!) The Pretzel Bun is our favorite, better than most I’ve had during the recently past trend, which are now few & far between… warm, tender yet held up well to the juicy burgers(ask for one on any burger, no extra charge!) The burgers were cooked & prepared accurately, & served swiftly w/piping hot fries :-D Our drinks were refilled as were the cheddar biscuits.(Thanx Angeli G.) Good teamwork & upbeat staff made this a nice meal. Oh, & the restrooms were clean ~~not their fault some gal set-off a perfume bomb(gag!) We can always find something for everyone, & servers are helpful. Last time all one teen wanted was the children’s portion of chicken tenders & our server, Samantha(thanx!) had no problem like some other places in town. Time before that one teen only wanted meat-free appetizers, & they got a sampler together without batting an eye or charging extra(again, unlike some other area places). It’s refreshing to have our preferences respected vs. Being treated like we are trying to pull a fast one! =-O Sure, I like to use coupons, that doesn’t make me cheap. I have to stretch my $$ more than ever, but I’ll still choose quality over quantity. Thanx, R.T., for helping me feel thrifty AND satisfied!

I really don’t know how this place has got such bad reviews. Then again, I guess everything can change with varying restaurant personnel, etc. When I went, the restaurant was not busy. The food was excellent. Both my wife and I enjoyed our food. I got a steak that was great(and I eat steak all the time) and my wife got ribs which she said were excellent as well. The service was pretty good, no major complaints there. Overall I’d say 4.5 stars but it only allows 4 so whatever.

The restaurant smelled terrible and the overall cleanliness was poor. Server came to our table every 2 – 5 minutes which was unnecessary and got quite obnoxious. Food was not hot and flavorless. Salad bar was a mess with leftovers all over the place.

The salad bar is not very clean and vegetables were dried out, there’s food overflowing from the dishes and laying out on the salad bar. Also the fried green beans were burnt due to bad grease and when we complained we were told this was a common occurrence. Also the bathrooms smelled so bad it was hard to breath. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Had problems with food and service. I ordered my burger and it came with mayonnaise and a half of piece of bacon. I apologized for not telling her I did not want mayonnaise and told her it was suppose to be a bacon burger. it took them seven minutes to return a cold bun and a quarter piece of bacon. I return that and ate it without the bun. We also had ordered an appetizer that never came out. When we asked about it the server said she had put it in the system wrong as an entrée but it never came out with our entrée. After I got the cold bun she told me that she would go get the manager the manager never came. When we got the check they didn’t even discount any of our food. We paid and then I went on to this review!

Ruby Tuesdays are not my favorite but my daughter likes their butter pasta with Parmesan cheese and their side broccoli and I do like the salad bar option. The salad bar had a good selection of fresh veggies that was kept full but the fruit salad and potato salad did not look very appealing. The kids pasta did not come with broccoli, our waitress did tell us their was an extra charge but I was not expecting it to be almost $ 3 — the kids meal was only $ 4(does not include a drink). The $ 1 red velvet kids cupcake was a good deal but not so good — frosting was not the best.

So far I’ve never had a bad experience at a Ruby Tuesdays. Are waiter, Jim, was very pleasant and always on his game with drinks. For a chain restaurant the food is good and the salad bar is fresh and clean. I get it it’s a chain. But it doesn’t deserve the 1.5 star rating that it has at the time I wrote this review.

I usually avoid chains, but we were coming down to Baltimore from Gettysburg, and Ruby’s was open. It’d been a while, and I’m glad went. The salad bar is great– the blue cheese dressing stands out. The main menu food was, well, just okay. There’s JUST barely enough selection, and the portions aren’t too large, but overall, it was okay.

Have ate here before and had a great time but this last time was it for us. We went to dinner with our friends. We had just ate so we only got desert. It took our waiter over 15 min to come ask what we wanted for drinks. Then it took another 10 min just to get our drinks. He never came back for refills I had to walk to the bar to get them and we were sitting in the restaurant not the bar. When our friends food came out there buns on there burgers were so hard that you could break glass with them. We sent them back. We were never offered anything by the managers until I went back the next day and spoke with another manager. She offered us a free dinner and a partial refund on our checks from the other day. Then I got a call from the GM and he told us he could not offer us a free meal but would give us a full refund but he had to send it off to their corporate office for it to happen. That was two weeks ago and I still have not seen the refund.
