I have been going to Dr. Lecavalier for over a year now and have had a GREAT experience. It’s easy to make an appointment which is always a plus and they are always right on time. No one likes to make an appointment but then wait for 10 minutes after. Also their facility is really clean and well decorated. While this may not be a big deal to some people, it is to me. In my experience well kept dentist offices mean more professional dentists. I have only ever got x-rays and cleanings but both were great experiences. There wasn’t any pain and the hygienist is always very nice and outgoing. It’s important to note that I have only had cleanings because Dr Lecavalier doesn’t tell me I need unnecessary work done just to earn more money(like some dentists do). Since he doesn’t do this I would trust his opinion if he told me I needed work done. Trusting your dentist is a big thing! I would 100% recommend that you go to Dr. Lecavalier.

I have been going to see Dr. LeCavalier since 2004. Our family has always had excellent dental care. It is nice to have all of our crowns done in one visit instead of waiting a few weeks and having a temporary crown. He was good with my kids when they were toddlers and now that they are teens he even was able to put C fast braces on my youngest. Highly recommended!!!

NOTE: My previous review was only based on regular cleanings and x-rays. The update reflects dental work done. Dr. LeCavalier recommended a crown so I had one done. He used CERAC instead of the usual method and it was not explained to me. I told him and the assistant that wore Invisalign at night as a retainer and they assured me that they would still fit. The new tooth would be the same. He told me that the tooth made by CERAC would be the same as a tooth made in the standard way. After the procedure my Invisalign did not fit. The doctor said that it wasn’t possible to make the tooth exactly like the old one. I came back a few days later but it didn’t help. What’s in my mouth now is a lump that is vaguely tooth shaped. It is rough and not smooth like standard crowns are. I want to have nice teeth(and I pay a lot of money to an orthodontist to have them) and this is not acceptable. He did not offer to redo the tooth with a regular crown. I will probably have the tooth redone by a different dentist(so I wasted a few hundred dollars on a bad crown). Luckily it’s a molar and not very visible, but I can feel it and it’s not what I wanted. Adding to that, my orthodontist had to redo my plan for my teeth. My plan was done, my teeth were done, everything was good before getting this crown. Now I have to get regular braces on my top teeth and do more Invisalign movement on my bottom teeth to get back to where I was. This whole thing has been a nightmare(time, stress and more money). I like the work they do at Dr. LeCavalier’s office for cleanings and x-rays but I wouldn’t recommend getting any dental work done there. I felt that he did what was best for his office and not for his patient.
