Amber Panck of the Ainslie Dougherty team is absolutely the worst management agent I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As a renter she tells me one thing and then tells owner a different story. Shes changed lease agreement after it’s been signed and then told me I would have to pay for repairs out of my pocket even though she knew about the repairs from my second day in property. My main reason for going through a management company (instead of private party) was to insure my on time rent payments were reported to credit agencies so I could BUY a house. After renting property for 18 months Amber informed me that she will not report my on time payments however I’m quite certain she would report negative issues. So to make a very long story short, save yourself a lot of frustration and DON’T rent from this agent or Remax team. One hilarious point of my tale is Amber had the balls to ask if she could represent me on buying a property. As if.
