Pro Reflexology

Today was just not even ethical. I came for Reflexology and got a very poor basic back rub. Every single time I’ve been here they do the stone and hot oil at the end. They didn’t this time. I asked why and she said I had to ask? I’ve never had to in the past. When explained to the «front desk lady» my masseuse didn’t even touch the bottom of my foot (they are pedicured and very clean) she explained the girl was new and basically didn’t know what she was going. And maybe next time? What does this mean? Why would I come back when I had paid for services that where not rendered. I’m disappointed. Off to another place who will do the job they advertise!

Dock them a point for lying to me… Called at 11:10 and confirmed appointment 11:30.
Got in car drove and had to sit til 11:55.
Overall experience was great with Rosie which was called from home to come service me because they didn’t have anyone available, even though I called before hand and set at appointment. I like how they don’t put towel on back and just rub, Rosie gave me one of the best BACK and shoulder rubs… Will be coming back for her

Business has probably changed owner Danny no longer there… one other dude is good not as good as Danny another dude actually sucked. He poured so much oil it was a disgusting feeling. He worked on my back nearly the entire hour. I will return hopefully I can get the dude that’s okay.

Olala was booked so b/​c of the reviews we decided to try this place today. It was easy to make an appointment, clean and the staff was friendly.
It didn’t help that it was lunar near year so it was super noisy with people partying next door and fireworks going off. Not the relaxing atmosphere i was looking forward to. And there wasn’t a wall dividing the room from the receptionist desk so u can hear the phone ringing and the whole conversation.
The massage was nothing close to what i usually enjoy at olalal. Too much lotion. Too little massaging, too much pushing down on the same spots. I was disappointed to say the least.
Pros? They did provide you with a white robe to change into. They end the massage with hot stones.

This place is the best, way better than Venus and Oh La La. I’ve been obsessed with getting massages since I first started coming here. First off you should know that there aren’t any private rooms here and you’ll be getting your massage in a shared with about 8 beds, but don’t let that scare you off because it’s so relaxing! And for $ 20/​hr for a full body massage it’s well worth it to lay in a shared area. A few tips before coming here is to wear gym clothes so you’re comfortable and I’d wear shorts since it’s a lot easier for the masseuse. Ladies, leave your bottoms on, but you’re going to want to take off your top (this includes bra), especially when they bring out the hot stones. And tie up ALL your hair! My favorite masseuse is Sy hands down, but any of the guys are great here. I was so hesitant before of getting a massage by a man, but after coming here I’ll never think twice again! I highly recommend this place.
Tips/​Notes:
— $ 20/​hr + you should tip at least $ 10. They’re massaging you for a whole hour and I’m pretty sure they’re not making a ton of money. Pay it forward!
— Call in to see if your favorite masseuse is working and make an appointment.
— They have a stamp card! I think after your 10^th massage you get one for free.
— They accept credit card, but charge a $ 1 fee (no big deal). You can also charge tip onto your card so no worries if you don’t have cash.
— I recommend any of the male masseuse here, but Sy is my absolute favorite.
— If you don’t like how they’re massaging you then let them know. They’re very easy going about adjusting to your preference.
— They use hot stones at the end of the massage and it’s the best part.

I went here twice in a week and both times were consistently good. It’s definitely my new go to spot. $ 20 for an hour and I think the main selling point for me are the hot stones they use at the end. They take their time here and the massage doesn’t feel rushed. I do wish that there was a little more privacy from the front door, but I can’t complain if I’m paying $ 20 for a good massage. I’ve only had Ken as my masseuse and he was awesome! Oh, and you can also get a stamp card!

While I was looking around in Garden Grove for a hot stone massage, I happened to come across this spot. I usually pay around $ 40 an hour for this type of massage and when they said it was only $ 20, I wasn’t expecting them to do an awesome job. But I was so wrong! Definitely coming to this place for the hot stone massage from now on.

This is under a new ownership. The guy that gave me a massage added way too much massage oil, everything I touched was oily that I can recondition leather. I’ve asked for it to be hard and felt as though the guy was just touching me. I missed the old owner.

I’ve been visiting this place since I moved here a couple of months ago. I’m not new to these reflexology places as I used to visit often in the Bay. So, I went on my search to find one here. Overall, this is a good place.
Upon my recent visit, I found out there is a new owner. And unfortunately, the woman that I liked has moved. Before the new owner arrived, the previous owner had written me a sort of coupon because of their mistake which I brought to their attention. To make a long story short, they had made lots of mistakes regarding my appointment time slot, and went as far to lie to me about who I had made an appointment for.
Anyway, I went recently to use the coupon, and the person at the front said they would honor my coupon even though it is a new owner. That’s nice of them, so I got my massage. When I went to pay and reminded him of my coupon, he then informs me that the new owner (who he points to) will not accept it. I was upset and reminded him he said he was going to honor it right before the massage. I explained to him that it’s not fair for him to say that he’d honor it only to take it back AFTER the service, and that it was poor customer service to do so. Reluctantly, he accepted.
This is the second time this has happened at this place. I think it’s a good place for reflexology, but the customer service needs serious improvement.

had an appoinment last weekend at 7pm. Requested a female and it was a best massage I’ve ever had… I went there at 7:15, 15mins late and they were still waiting for me. They will give you a basket to put ur stuff. The beds are clean and towels like new. The most important thing is massage and it was amazing… the people in the front desk is very nice… I would recommend this place .I feel so much better after got out of there.

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the strong scent of tiger balm and the thought of old people…
Made an appointment and requested 2 female masseuses but I ended up with a guy. I’m not normally one to complain but the massage was rough. The type of rough that causes you to tense your toes and back. I had to tell the guy to lighten up a few times and by the time I’m writing this review — I feel more jacked up than I do relaxed. It may be a hit or miss type of place but for me, I rather take my business elsewhere.

This place is really like a 2 ½ IMHO.
Called and made an appt last night… front desk very nice… walked in and was taken to our beds right away. They fill bucket with hot water and start on my shoulders… phone rings (in front, middle, and back of this small place… so ya its annoying and really loud)…so my guy stops to schedule someone else hahaaha… wow! After that… there were not really any interruptions … once in a while soft talking but not really bother some.
Massage was ok… it seemed very rushed… but pressure and technique was ok. They do use hot stones at the end which is kinda cool and relaxing… but my fiancé said when they did his they pulled out leg hairs… haaha ouch!
Overall…I needed a massage… it was 20 bucks… I feel better… but would I go back… I don’t think so :/

I used to come here for my massages, but I think they changed owners. The last time I came, it was very different.
Anyway, from what I remember, they still have the hot stones at the end of the massage, as a wrap-​up. That’s why I liked coming to this place.
They will give women a gown to wear, and they will start off with your shoulders while you are sitting with your feet soaked in warm water. Then, they will have you lay face up and then work on your face and head. Next, will be your arms and then your feet/​legs. Lastly, it will be your back and then the hot stones.
