Love Prestige cleaners! For the bad and upset reviews, I don’t understand how you can be so worked up about a mom-​and-​pop establishment. A simple phone call might of done the trick and if no answer, it might of been a sign that no one was there. Any how, Tu has hemmed and tailored 8 of my pants including the pants to my suit. All of them were done to perfection and all were done ahead of schedule, at an extremely affordable price and win GREAT customer service. I would seriously highly recommend them to anyone as everyone in my family goes to Prestige. I’ll be taking more of my pants to her and will continue doing business. Thanks Tu! You’re awesome!

Just so you know the hours on their website are incorrect. Not only that but the hours posted outside their store don’t seem to be correct either because they were supposed to be open already. Thanks for wasting my time while I sit in my car waiting for you to be open you were supposed to be open over an hour ago! I will take my business some where else.

Been coming here to this mom and pop dry cleaner for many years. They usually take a day or two to finish your order so plan ahead. If you need a rush like I did, ask for Tu and she will hook you up at no additional cost for the 1 day rush.

I’ve been here before and Katy H is right, good work on clothing but bad service. I dropped off my jeans on late Thursday and needed new belt holders cause my keys wripped them up. Then they said pick them up on Tuesday 4−23−13 so i pick them up about 3:30pm lady is looking around and she makes a call like if my jeans arent there, then she tells me «sorry jeans not ready come back at 7pm» was a little annoyed but whatever. then i walked to that place again at exactly 8pm, shes looking around again and no jeans, she makes a phone call again and says «sorry not ready still come back tomorrow» now i was mad, i left 2 jeans and each jean just needed one holder replaced. I couldn’t believe this, i am going today after work and we will see if they even give me a discount or something cause thats the 3rd time i came in. so far its been 5 days :(

This place does good work and are resonably priced. Sometimes their time estimates are off, which is a bummer because I would rather wait an extra day than show up on time and have to come back the next day because they aren’t ready. But overall good service and they are right next door to the BEST spring rolls in Southern California. So I use the cleaners as an excuse to pick up some great food.
Credit Cards only over $ 10. So bring cash when you pick up, and some extra cash for the food nest door (they are cash only).
