Nu View of U

Like most (everyone) here, I had a terrible experience with Theresa and this «company» as well. Shady booking and scheduling procedures, a weird, uninviting office where no one greets you (one of the people in waiting room actually closed her blinds on me when I was looking for help!) or indicated where to go, and an extremely rude owner/​employee who makes excuses, outright lies, and then finally is rude to you because they’ve backed themselves into a corner. I’m not trying to be overly vague here, but this experience was just so horrible I’m trying to keep my emotions out of this review as much as possible. After waiting to book the appointment, then 40 minutes to be seen AT my appt, then not even getting to have my session in the end (after a 25 min drive each way), the woman actually ripped my deal paper out of my hands so I wouldn’t take it home with me. Do not go here — the deal is not a deal once you go through the pain and annoyance of trying to redeem it. The first deal I have ever bought that I had to call and ask for my money back.

Please do not go to Theresa. I purchased a massage on WeeklyPlus and called to make an appointment. She was very rude and insisted that the only appointment she had was the day the coupon expired. She could only offer me one appt time which was during work. She then moved her office to the other side of town so I had a significant drive as well. So I took a day off work to go to the appt and she cancelled hours before for an emergency. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and called back to reschedule. I have called several times over the past month with no response. And since the deal had expired, I did not know if it was valid and I wasn’t sure if I could get a refund from WeeklyPlus. I believe she used WeeklyPlus as a scam. The irony is she is in a business to reduce stress and even if I could get in, I would NOT want her to give me a massage.
It’s too bad there’s people like this. Fortunately, weeklyplus came through and gave me a 1 time refund and I’m spending it elsewhere.
