Simply the best!!! Several years ago, Tee remodeled my kitchen as well as installed some beautiful new doors and all new hardwood floors. Tee and everyone he brings into your home is great to work with and everything went smoothly. Old fashioned reliability, quality, and dependability, that’s so hard to find these days.

I have employed Neighbors Construction for a number of small remodeling projects and ultimately Neighbors Construction did an complete remodel of my condominium in Long Beach. Tee Neighbors and his entire staff, were totally professional, easy to work with and current on all the newest technologies and requirements in the construction industry. I have recommended them to many friends and everyone of them has been extremely pleased and ended up with a professional, beautiful result as good as my personal experience.

Tee from Neighbors Construction has helped me more than once in the last 10 years.
His Crews came in and replaced my Windows with new dual-​pane tinted energy-​efficient Windows.
A couple of years later, he send out a Crew to completely stucco my House and Garage. He was 50% cheaper than the next Guy, how cool is that?
A few years later, he replaced my old Water-​heater with one of those new Takagi «On Demand Water heaters», which actually saves me a lot of Money on my Gas-​Bill. He was also 30% cheaper than his competition.
While he was at it, he replaced my entire plumbing with new Copper pipe.
Then, when it came to remodel my Master Bathroom, he installed the Bathtub and all other Sinks, Toilets, etc.
I can’t tell enough how much I appreciate this Guy.
He seems to have a Team for any work needed on your House.
And if you ever find a Guy that does the Job right, you usually keep him.
