Quality of service wasn’t great and customer service was just horrible. Here’s our experience. I purchased $ 60– 2 sessions from Groupon as a gift. MIL went in and said the session was ok. She went ahead and booked another appointment 1 month out upon completing the first session. She showed up and found out the session was rescheduled without her knowledge or advanced notice. I received a text from the masseuse asking to reschedule 9 minutes before the appointment started. Advanced notice, right? By the time I relayed the message to my MIL, she was already there. She decided that she didn’t not want to reschedule because the service wasn’t so great the first time and the customer service was just horrible. I requested a refund for the second session and below is the response I received via text from the owner/masseuse. The initial request for the refund was sent on June 25th. Nearly a whole month later to find out it was only $ 17.50. «I just received payment from GroupOn and will be sending a refund for the amount I was paid for the one massage session($ 17.50). Again… do not try to contact me after 8p. I will no longer respond. Refund is what it is… I am not obligated to refund you anything. I am doing it as a kindness. You can take it or leave it. I am done… please do not contact me further.» Out of her kindness to issue a refund for a service she didn’t provided? Pre-pay for a service you may or may not receive and there are no obligations on service provider? If you had good service, great! Unfortunately, we did not.
