Cortnie is a true professional in the sense that she is knowledgeable, informative, treats customers with respect, and most importantly, honesty. She carefully addressed each and every one of my concerns without ever making me feel that my questions were silly or annoying. She even discussed some of them with Dr. Zamora to definitively put me at ease; something you definitely want when considering a relatively new procedure. Cortnie even responded to my emails from home on her day off ! How many employees take care of their boss’ customers THAT well these days?! Then during my procedure she made modifications based on my individual needs and desired outcome, as well as distracting me when she could tell the procedure was feeling a bit uncomfortable. I seriously have never had such great customer service and attention. She makes all of her patients feel like they are the number one most important customer. That is a true gift. Thank you again Cortnie!

If I could give a zero star, I would. I was upset that the technician burned my neck with a laser because she didn’t ground it right on my neck by having both connections on the skin. I had blisters and pain for months. I had bought a package of laser treatments, two to be exact and asked for a refund. They only refunded the one that I didn’t use and didn’t take responsibility for the burn and now the permanent scar on my neck. I’d run away from this place and get a professional dermatologist or some type of medical professional to do any work. The key is in the word spa. I also had Botox. I went away with my eyebrows hiked so high that I called and mentioned this and I had heard her say that she was going to correct this for free. I came back and had Botox to let the eyebrows down – it wasn’t free. I had drooping eyes even worse than my normal for several months after until it wore off. Maybe some of the other Medispas are better. I’d take this one off the list!

Gail is easily the best injectionist in all of Colorado! Gail’s level of professionalism with injection allows for the entire experience to be both pleasant and painless, and her level of perfectionism provides consistently extraordinary results! Gail always genuinely listens to what the client wants and always delivers. I would recommend Gail to everyone who is looking for exceptional service and exceptional results.

After an awful experience just trying to get in for an appointment at a highly rated spa downtown, I took my chances with Medispa. All I can say is, where have they been the last 7 years of my medical spa experience life?
I used the online appt system and received a phone call from Beth immediately. Scheduling was cake, and then I screwed up by getting lost on the way and panicked over losing my slot. When I called, she was SO incredibly gracious and totally rerouted me while moving my appt to the next slot so I wouldn’t miss out. Love the awesome service!
I met with Gail and she was, in a word, fantastic. WAY more thorough than I’ve ever experienced, I swear she treated my face as if it were her own and if I could change anything — I just wish she was my Family Doctor instead, imagine how healthy we’d be if our MD’s gave likewise care?! :)

Love, love, love Amy Beth. So far I have had photofacials, peels, makeup matching and botox done here. I have been very pleased with the way my skin is looking these days. Amy Beth knows skin, is personable and great to speak with. Gail has done my botox so I don’t look angry all the time any more! …And this is why I keep going back.

Debbie is my Esthetician, and she is Great ! I have been seen by many Dermatologist’s, and not one of them, was able to cure my Malasma, she was the only one, that was able to lighten my Malasma ! I live in Scottsdale, met her through a friend, so whenever I visit family in Colorado, I make an appointment with Debbie, at Medispa !
