Chris was a super friendly guy and did a really great job. I just had this job done yesterday and so far everything is great! High quality workmanship and left everything very clean.
After the fact though several of the other companies I had called had called me back and told me I was WAY overcharged and in their opinion «took» for a job that should have cost half as much as what I paid.
My unit was brand new last year but according to Chris had a really poor installation. It was out of freon due to a burned out shrader valve that would not hold freon and had to be replaced. The unit needed completely serviced and cleaned as it was really dirty. Then of course we had to recharge it with freon. Several people sent me the shrader valve price list and this is less than $ 10.00 part.
The only reason this service did not get a 5 star is due to the price. When I googled this repair and checked with home advisor a leaky AC should cost between 225 and 1600. Seems I was charged top dollar. This repair in total cost me $ 1500.00 and took Chris about 3 – 4 hours to complete.
As a 40 year old brand new widow living on my own with my daughter I am trusting that I paid and got a quality job that will last me. I really didn’t have this kind of money to spend since I just moved in to this new home 2 months ago but I really needed to get it fixed.
I agreed to the price and I am not complaining, just hoping this is an honest company who gave me a fair price.

Markus came to service and clean our air conditioning. He was very nice, very professional, very prompt; he was here exactly when he said he would be. He kept his promise and very good at what he did. He explained everything thoroughly. The cost was super reasonable. We would definitely recommend M and M Heating. Awesome job!!!

Great Service. We needed our furnace checked, cleaned and certified. Marcus, the owner, was very responsive to my calls and texts. He arrived on time and got right to work. He was thorough with his work and made a very dirty furnace shine. The furnace was brought up to code, passed inspection, and was certified. Fantastic job! Would definitely recommend M and M Heating. He provided a max price based on what I described, but said that if things looked better upon the inspection, the cost would be less. I was willing to pay the max price, so anything else would be a deal. Thank you Marcus of M and M Heating for your professionalism and customer service.
