Went to plumbing department with LOTS of questions. Jim in plumbing was very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all our questions. We need at least $ 400 in plumbing stuff to fix our problems and we will definitely come back here because they were so helpful. FYI if you want to praise a particular employee, you can send a compliment via the website. I was happy to do this for Jim. I was pretty stressed about having to spend all this money and I really needed kindness just then!

We got what we wanted which is worth 3 stars, and the helper worker dudes tried to help, but they kept going to the wrong places to find stuff.
We needed a piece of wire to replace one that was chewed by a mouse on my sister’s lawn tractor. A mouse made a HUGE nest under the cowl of the tractor during the winter, I guess that wire had to go. We got the wire in the electrical department along with a snap connector to attach to existing ends.
It’s just that the helper worker kept looking in the lawnmower section for the wire. No bueno.
