so this is our favorite location, I’ve gotten my eye glasses here and now my has also. She previously purchased hers at the Aurora mall location.
Jeanie was our associate and was very helpful with all my insurance questions and then had no problem with switching gears and helping my wife with her eyeglass needs.
Jeanie was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
They also offer different discounts and promotions throughout the year.

Went in store for new glasses on 9⁄13 and Richard the sales guy was totally rude. I told him I have gotten glasses here for years and never been treated as poorly as he
had treated me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
What this says is customer service is inconsistent and perhaps employees lack accountability.
