If I were stranded on an island, I hope to have my chapstick and BEEF JERKY.
Although there are plenty of beef jerky shops in this area, I am a fan of the beef flank jerky. Some of the pieces can be a bit fatty… but aside from that, the flavors and balance of dryness and moisture is on point. We got the spicy one. Make note to have some water handy, it does have a kick.
