This company is the WORST. I schedule an appotiment with them and waited at home, but no one arrived, when I tried to reach them over the phone no one answered and I didn’t know what to do.
I called amazon and they send me another provider from the area the next day. it’s an shame to amazon that they have companies as this on thier website

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with. I purchased the tv mounting service through Amazon and I selected an appointment on Friday at the 5:00 — 8:00 p.m. window. Throughout that entire day I got no less than three calls asking me if they could come early because they had an open window. I told them that I was working and that there is no way I could get home any earlier. I get home at 5:15 expecting them to be waiting since they had all this free time on their hands and no one is there. I call them back at 5:40 to let them know that I am home. 2 hours later, no one has arrived. I call again and I am told that they are behind on an installation at their current location. One hour later, no techs, no phone call, I reach out again and he finally tells me that they won’t be able to make it all. The guy keeps apologizing and tells me that we can reschedule for Monday and he will make sure that I am the first appointment at the 8:00 — 11:00 a.m. window.
Well, today is Monday and I’m sure it will come as no surprise to anyone else who has dealt with this shady company, that they did not show up at 8:00. I called the same guy that I had been speaking to and he did not pick up. I was pretty sure that he was screening my calls, so I called him 10 times in a row and surprise, surprise, I get a voicemail from illustrious Hector, letting me know that the guys should arrive around 11:00 a.m. depending on how long it takes them to finish their first appointment. Yup, he first appointment I was supposed to have. I call him back, no answer. 10 minutes later he calls me back and I ask him why do I have to sit around for hours again, when I was promised the first appointment. He told me that they can’t make that promise, to which I responded, «then perhaps you should tell that to your schedulers». The whole conversation devolved into him making continuous excuses for their mistakes on Friday and the «misunderstanding» today. I told him that none of his excuses were my problem and I really wasn’t interested in listening to them. Well, Hector didn’t appreciate that and told me that due to this misunderstanding that he was going to reach out to Amazon and cancel my order. Outstanding service, huh?
I hope that others who are thinking about purchasing this home service from Amazon, read the reviews on Unilocal first. I find it odd that the Amazon reviews are almost unanimously positive and all the Unilocal reviews (where there is no money involved) are negative. It was my mistake not coming on here first. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from these clowns.

Unbelievable «Bait and Switch.»
This service provider is listed on Amazon. I contracted with them for a simple installation of a mount that required minimal additional work, ie assembly of the wall mount — which I ended up doing myself in 15 mins. They had quoted a price of $ 64 (their current price on Amazon), but when the called me, they told me that they could no longer do it for the price quoted, but the service, which requires some assembly, would cost $ 199. Livid, I canceled the service and contacted Amazon, who offered another provider for the price I had originally paid.
Absurd.
Recommendation: Find someone else. These people are shady.

I was scheduled to have a security camera installed at my home recently. The provider called to inform me that the tech had two more jobs and I would be the last job that day and tech should arrive after 5pm. The tech never showed up and I contacted the provider to find out what was going on. Instead of offering an apology for inconveniencing me and to reschedule, the company cancels my service order on Amazon. Talk about being unprofessional! I contacted Amazon about the experience but had I seen these reviews on Unilocal before I wouldn’t have even considered this company. If I could give them a 0 rating I would.

Did not show to two scheduled appointments so gave up on them. This was after confirmation by phone and email.

Ordered a tv mounting job through Amazon and never received a call to confirm work. I called and they uphold me on some electrical work. They never showed up and never returned my calls to reschedule.

I contacted this company to install a new 70 inch TV along with a sound system. Hector contacted me quite quickly and told me he could do this and it would be between $ 300-​$ 600 (quite a range). I scheduled the appointment and Hektor said he would email with the arrival time. Two days before scheduled appointment I emailed to see what the arrival time would be and they never responded. A day before appointment and I emailed again, never responded. I am sure you can guess, they never showed. People take time off from work and this joker doesn’t even have the decency to respond back. I would not recommend this person.

I was recently referred to ITT Solutions by my cousins who had their security cameras installed at their home. Being excited to hear that someone else had a good experience with ITT Solutions, i was happy to give them a try… Well, the story goes completely down-​hill from this point. I spoke with Hector Bula (the owner) and expressed my desire to use their services to have my security cameras installed at my home. I explained to him that my home was an older brick home built in 1912 in the heart of Baltimore City (as a another point of reference, my cousins home is also an older brick home). This is why I thought his services would be ideal form my home security project.
My conversation with Hector began with discussion the best type of cameras he preferred to use for this type of project (this by the way was the easiest part of our entire discussion). Hector agreed to send me a few links with options to purchase cameras. I decided on the Night Owl’s in which he suggested were the because and he also used them at his home.
We then talked about the best strategy installing the cameras giving the fact that my home is an older home and not «new construction». Hector informed me that with older homes, it may be a little more challenging to complete the project. I told him that I understood that, however, I am optimistic that it can be accomplished. I as Hector if he wouldn’t mind sending someone out to survey my come, and to discuss the best options to complete the project, and his response we yes. I asked that he would have the person call me 20 minutes before arrival to ensure that I would be home and available to meet the technician, and he agreed to do so.
After a couple of days, I had not heard from Hector. I finally called him, he answered I asked him about sending out the Tech he put me on hold, then returned to tell me that the tech had been there but I wasn’t home. I reminded him that he was supposed to give me a 20 minute warning. Nonetheless, He informed me that his technician stated that because I had an older home, the only way to accomplish this task would be to drill a hole through the basement window frame, and run wires up the front of my home to connect the cameras. Meanwhile, I live in a historic district and that would not fly, also, how tacky would it be to have wiring going up your façade while the same individuals you are trying to capture during damage to your property, now has access to ripe the cameras right off the wall. I said to Hector, that’s not a viable solution, however, can you or one of your technicians come to my home and meet with me to do a walkthrough and discussion possible options to complete the project. He agreed again to send a technician, but to call me 20 minutes in advance. This again did not happen. Needless to day, I called Hector Bula again, left him a message to which he has never responded. And that was several days ago.
I am writing this review so that folks can know what type of «non-​professional» business owner Hector Bula is. What ever happened to no job is «to big, or to small»? Well Hector Bula, I guess this doesn’t apply to you. Your philosophy must be, I’ll just ignore you because I can’t handle challenges and perhaps, you’ll just go away!
