Honestly, this is NOT the place to go! I took my girlfriend here for eyebrow tattoo service and we both were so disappointed with the result. The owner of this place was the person that performed the procedure. She seem unsure of what she was doing at times and that was concerning to me. She took 2 hours and the result was so badly done and uneven. My girlfriend had to go to another place to get it fix about a month later. Glad another expert fixed it and made it look great, no thanks to this place.

I’ve never believed in permanent makeup until my cousin from out of town visited SoCal and asked me about Hoai Anh’s eye brows services. She made an appointment with Van, but when she came in, Van was on vacation so she settled with Hanh. She was very pleased with Hanh’s work since she took her time to draw your brows with two options so you can choose which one you like better. After 2 hours of careful work, my cousin was very pleased with her new brows! So she told me to do the same thing to save time drawing my brows every time i do my makeup. I came back a week later asking for Hanh to do my brows. And again, she did not disappoint. I was also pleased with her work. She makes your brows look very natural and match the color to your hair so they don’t look too dark and mean. I’m going to take my aunts from out of state when she visits SoCal again to have her brows done also. Ask for Hanh when you come in. She has made both my cousin and I very happy with our new brows.

Hi everyone ! My name is loan .Our ladies would like to be pretty. That’s why I did my 3D ibrown at hoai Anh 9550 bosal ave suit 105 Westminster Ca 92 683. Before I came to this place. I did some research online and I called and asked about the 3D ibrown. They told me this place is very popular and they do very good job. They promised to me they will do the good job. On Saturday, September 26, I came in to the store. One of the lady told me the owner who is the one that I made appointment on the phone is not here. She told me «my name is phung. I am the owner sister family. I have ten more years experience, because my sister she is the owner, she don’t have time to take care customer, that’s why I usually take care the customer for her. No worry. I am the best one do the i brown here and I have a lot of customer from different states come to visit me ». After that she did the 3D for me. And she told me after one week. My ibrown will be more pretty and look natural and she promised. But my ibrown look ugly and terrible, because the color too dark green and not look even. The place look not clean, they did my ibrown and using the paper instead cotton .And then I came back to fix my ibrown but it is getting worse. And then she told me come back for the Third time but I don’t trust her no more. When I got home. All my friends and my family says who did your ibrown it look terrible, make I feel uncomfortable to go to work. Later on, i have to book ticket to California to remove 3D ibrown at Mai phuong. She ask me who did my ibrown and she told me it look so ugly. And then it really hurt to remove it. Anyway, this is my advice to you guys. I hope you will think about my situation before if you want to get 3D ibrown from hoai Anh. Thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE. So I decided to go here because my sister’s friend recommended that I go to her lady named Van instead of driving to LA and paying more to go to a different specialist (Her name is Cindy who is also on Unilocal,and I got my eyebrows done with her a few years back and it was amazing with very good customer service. that’s another review). I made an appointment two days in advanced with Van, who said she’d be working, and so when I got there, I said I had an appointment, the lady at the reception desk sat me down, and the other lady came out and said you have an appointment with Van right? Then began drawing eyebrows on me. My sister, who just finished parking the car, walked in and said to me «that’s not Van…» They scheduled me with Van, then she wasn’t there, and proceeded to try to tattoo me anyway. Okay, so I said if you’re not Van then I’d like to set a different appointment for when she is in. We set another appointment for the next day, I came in, AGAIN Van was not there, and the manager of the place said, «oh Van, got into a car accident» then later say «oh she couldn’t come in because of traffic» (there was slight rain that day). TWO APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED and neither times Van was there.
I should have known from there to just never come back, but to my better judgement I made another appointment for the next day. Van was there this time, but when she drew on the eyebrows she wanted to tattoo me, there were fugly. FUGLY. I thought… whoa you know what? I don’t want to tattoo this, I will draw them how I normally do myself tomorrow and come in so you can tattoo them. I did just so, I drew my eyebrows the way I wanted them tatted (granted I am a freak about my eyebrows being the exact way I want them) and came in the next day thinking ‘well all she has to do is just tattoo over them, I’ve already drawn them the way I wanted them, how could she mess it up if she’s just tracing them???
I WAS WRONG. When she was done tattoo the eyebrows I had drawn in, SHE DIDN’T EVEN TRACE THEM CORRECTLY. I was mortified, beyond upset. On top of this, she told me one price before we started, and then when I went to pay, the manager told me a different price, THE PRICE I WOULD HAVE JUST GONE TO CINDY IN LA FOR. THEN, she had the audacity to say, «you know actually we had to correct your eyebrows from your previous tattoo, and we’re not even charging that» WHAT??? MY EYEBROWS DID NOT NEED CORRECTING FROM BEFORE, CINDY HAD DONE THEM PERFECTLY BEFORE. I was PISSED. I gave her whatever I had, no tip CLEARLY. Plus I knew I’d need a touch-​up.
At the touch-​up, THE SAME thing happened where I made and appointment and Van was not there. AGAIN. I had to come in the next day again, told her where she needed to fix my eyebrows because there were points that were sparse, and also that her blending needs to be improved because there is just DOT at the outer edge of my eyebrow instead of it being blended in with the rest. …in the end, she did not do any of the retouching I pointed out to her that I needed!!! AWFUL.
Stay away from this place, stay away from Van. Terrible service, and even worse artwork. I would only recommend this place if you just needed a set of eyebrows and don’t give a shit what your eyebrows look like.

Taking my mom to this place to get her eyebrows fix. I don’t use their service but I have to say it’s pricey. I’m glad I don’t need to get my eyebrows done. Not a big fan of tattoo eyebrows.

I was really hesitate to get my eyebrows done because I like coloring them in the way I wanted them to look, but one day gave in and decided to just get them done because I got too lazy. The owner is one of my mom’s friends and I have to say she did an amazing job! At first you kind of have to suffer around 7 days with dark eyebrows but the results are so worth waiting for! In the picture is my eyebrows not colored in at all! I did the feather technique! Overall definitely would recommend! it didn’t hurt at all so that was a plus too! Very satisfied :)

I would not recommend this place. Their advertisements sound very good but their skill set is horrible. They did a full lip for me but the lips are not even. I complained but they didn’t fix it or maybe their skill is not good and couldn’t fix it. I am so depressed right now.

is ok. but they don’t speak very good English which is a little bit hard to comunicate. place is not veryclean. hope they can change that. they also required cash, and no receipt. owner is the best to go to.

My friend introduced me to this place. Honestly, I regret coming to this place. I had a permanent eyebrow done for about $ 200 but I don’t really care about the price, just as long as it turns out nice. The results – the tail of my eyebrow doesn’t look as expected. One eyebrow is shorter than the other and color is faded. If you’re going to this place, let the employees do for you and not the manager because her work is bad quality. The worker said that she’ll fix it all over next six months but I have to PAY for something they did wrong.

I went in for my 6 week retouch only for my eyebrow tattoo, def did not retouch my eyeliner. Wouldn’t have my eyeliner redid again ever unless I was under anaesthesia.
The retouch looks great, it comes with no charge and it’s part of the original price of $ 250. They used an external numbing lotion/​gel thing so it just feels like a little tickle. If you’ve threaded your eyebrows before you can handle this pain.
