This place was amazing, my experience here was homely and great. Since it was my first time getting glasses and going through the ordeal the people here made sure I was comfortable and just overall happy and I definitely was. And the optometrist who examined me, I forget names easily, he was really nice and he was humble enough to give me stories about himself, which helped me considering I was really anxious about the place.

First time got my eyes exam and now I can see all the hot ladies so clear. Thanks Doctor Adrian Nguyen for my exam, office very clean, so many great deals on the frames

The doctor was nice, but the products weren’t very good. Not only that, but the glasses I purchased came with a CHEAP plastic case that didn’t even fit my daughter’s glasses. Ended up spending more money to buy a case elsewhere.
Typically, the insurance I have covers the brand my daughter uses, but at this optometrist, I had to pay extra for her glasses, n not only that, they wanted me to pay for the shipping cost, which is ridiculous.
Since Saturday is my only day off, I didn’t have a lot of time to run elsewhere so I just paid for it since my daughter needs her glasses right away.
But I will not be coming back to their store.

Been here twice! Got my glasses fixed. I was satisfied with what I got and the service was also great!

The actual eye exam was fairly decent for the low price. Customer service felt a bit akward due to their upselling tactics. They were pressuring me to use contacts and would not get off my back about it. I know my eyeballs and they are ultra sensitive so I cannot wear contact lenses nor do I feel the need to do so.
Anyways, I was in a hurry so I quickly checked out the eyewear and a pair of Tiffany glasses caught my eye. I tried them on, glanced at the mirror and told them I’ll take these. It probably took me about 3 minutes to pick out a pair glasses because I was in such a hurry. I asked them about the authenticity of the glasses because they didn’t look or feel authentic to me. They assured me that the glasses were real Tiffany’s so I took their word for it. My glasses took a few days longer than expected to come in which is fine if they were genuine Tiffany glasses. I was in a hurry and my 1 year old baby was distracting me so I didn’t really think before purchasing the counterfeit glasses. If they were honest I could have saved 4 — $ 500 instead of buying a pair of knock off glasses I’m too embarrassed to wear. Stupid me. That was my bad for buying things on impulse.

I came here for an adjustment on my leisure sunglasses, and was greeted by both Andrian and Karen. Karen took care of me, was very patient, resolved my issue within minutes, and to my surprise, did not bother to charge me! I wanted to pay especially since I am not a client since I have LASIK so I must provide them this Unilocal review. Personable service goes a long way. Thank you guys!

I had a very good experience with eye smart optometry. When I first walked in the store everyone was helpful. Since I had an appointment (which always helps makes things go faster) choosing from their wide range of frames from designer to more of the economical frames was a breeze!
Alex was very helpful in choosing the poly lens that was right for me.
I will definitely be coming back for future lens!

I had a great experience at Eye Smart. I was due for my annual eye-​check up and exam. Also, I was in need of a pair sunglasses as I unfortunately lost my previous pair on a road trip. My appointment was easily procured for the next day by calling them up. Unbeknownst to me, my appointment was during a very busy and parking limited event that would be occurring at Asian Garden Mall. Finding parking was an adventure unto itself. I called the facility and informed them I would be running late…45 mins late as that is literally how long it took to find parking. Dr. Adrian was very gracious and understanding and the receptionist was very kind in honoring my eye exam without making me feel guilty on missing my appointed time. They simply took me in on their next available slot.
I was very delighted at the service, attitude, and pleasantness of all the staff and especially Dr. Andrian. My exam went without a hitch, I had my eyes dilated, couldn’t read a thing but the staff, especially Alex was kind in guiding me through the process, assisting me with explanations of my insurance (what it covered, how much it covered) and was able to help me with finding a great looking set of frames and sunglasses. Props to everyone at Eye Smart. I will be definitely returning in the future and will recommend anyone in the area to have their eyewear needs taken care of here.

I found this optometrist store by chance walking by while shopping in Asian Garden mall last year. I’m back today to buy new glasses. Dr Adrian was the most courteous optometrist, he was very caring, he took the time to explain any question you had, I highly recommend him for the most accurate prescription for yr eyes.
I’m now being taken care by Alex, the nicest optician in this town. It is cheaper in the big box store but you don’t have the personal touch and the Cadillac service you get here.
I rate this optometrist office a solid 5 stars!

We were here just to check out Phuoc Loc Tho and we found an eyeglasses store. We were not planning to buy but we found that they have a very nice selection of both sunglasses and glass frames. Alex was very helpful and patience with us. He helped us find glasses that fit our faces from color, styles, and shapes.
We found 2 pair of very nice sunglasses and ended up getting 2 pairs with them.
This place is highly recommended. The price is affordable and the selections are big enough to choose.

This review is late, sorry Kevin! I am beyond grateful I had met Kevin and he introduced me to Eyesmart. I finally got prescription sunglasses and I didn’t lose a leg in the process!
The deals they have are BEYOND me but don’t feel skeptical, it’s all worth the hype.
I will be coming back soon for new prescription lenses for my regular glasses. You definitely don’t want to pass up this type of service.

Found out this place accepted VSP through Unilocal and decided to give this place a try. To be quite frank, I was skeptical going to another Asian medical office, but this place had exceeded beyond my expectations.
Dr. Nguyen was very friendly and explained thoroughly each step of my eye exam, answering all the questions that I had. His staff were also personable and efficient, making the check-​in process so quick and easy. After helping me try on a number different frames, Alex was patient enough to let me try another pair, even after I had picked one already.
Pretty glad I found this place, very professional and would recommend this place to anyone for their vision needs.

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Eye Smart!
I was able to make an appointment in the same day for a contact lens exam. Without insurance, the cost was $ 70 for a quick 30 minute exam. Dr. Nguyen checked my vision first with my contacts, then again without. He also checked visual acuity and eye pressure with the machines.
After he established my prescription, he gave me new contacts to try and a contact lens case and solution to hold my old contacts in since I had only been wearing them for 4 hours.
He also explained everything that he was doing, and he cares about what’s most comfortable too! My vision got worse by 0.5 but he suggested only moving my prescription 0.25 because that big a change can cause headaches and discomfort. I appreciated that he gave me that option and let me know what to expect!
All over great service. This is my go to place for eye exams!
