Great combo massage with hot stones! I will be back for another massage soon. I was in a common room, but I was the only one getting a massage. Everyone was friendly and a great deal.

Never coming here again. The guy who massaged my shoulders neck and back was sick coughing and sniffling the entire time… I asked him to concentrate on my back neck and shoulders, he never rubbed my neck at all, and still continued to rub my buttocks and thighs. In addition, the woman at the front was VERY pushy with asking for more tip. Even after I said $ 4 for a $ 20 30 min massage she still asked me twice for $ 5. I said no. That’s ridiculous. Don’t tell me how much I should tip someone with my own money!!! Never coming back.

I have mix feeling with this place. Looks kinda of shady on the inside but its very relaxing. Enjoying the music. As far as $$$ goes. The sign outside said $ 15 or $ 20 foot massage but she charged me $ 25. I gave her $ 30. I wish it was $ 15 or $ 20. I usually like to give them a $ 10 tip.
The massage overall wasn’t all that bad. Will mos def come back when bored.

$ 20 foot massage and $ 30 body massage, just like most massage parlors on Westminster, Beach, and Bolsa strips (except there is a $ 2 credit card fee here).
The facilities at Cloud 9 were smaller than expected, with about 4 massage chairs for foot massage and 4 beds for the body massage. The foot and body massage areas are only separated by a curtain in the same room, which is not at all common. Usually the body massages are performed in the back in private rooms with doors to justify the extra cost.
The flaws at Cloud 9 were exposed during night I went for a body massage. Cloud 9 is understaffed with no backup staff. At massage parlors in San Gabriel or in China, if the demand suddenly peaks, on-​call masseuse are called to respond. This was not available at Cloud 9. There were only 2 official masseuse working that night, both occupied with foot massages, so my masseuse ended up being the mamasan.
Massages are meant to be relaxing and therapeutic, and the one I received yesterday wasn’t close to either. First, it was not relaxing at all because the masseuse picked up the phone at least 3 times during the massage and once even put the call on speaker phone. She left the curtained room two more times to assist with credit card issues from other customers. It was somewhat understandable since her primary role was actually to operate the front desk, but I would have appreciated it more if she turned me away in the beginning and told me to return another day since they were busy. Nothing is more annoying in a massage than constant interruptions.
My masseuse did attempt to make up the time she stepped out, and she spoke English much better than the other masseuse, but her technique was substandard. Her massage type was more sensual than the type that treats muscle knots by applying pressure at trigger points, the latter being the kind I prefer due to having an office job. The masseuse’s technique was highly mechanical rather than focused on detecting locations of tight muscles. At the end, I walked out with only a slightly improved range of motion on my shoulders and my neck was still a bit sore. My lower back does feel a little better, but overall, I’ve definitely had better treatment elsewhere, even at foot massages sessions.
With so many massage parlors in the area, I’m not sure if Cloud 9 deserves a second chance.

The business name is now Cloud 9 Young Massage, and it’s under new ownership from what I understand. The lady at the front desk (new owner?) is super friendly, as was my masseuse. Limited English skills for both, but enough to communicate alright.
I started coming here a couple of months ago due to a back problem, and combined with a chiropractor and mild muscle relaxers from my doctor, this bi-​weekly massage has really helped me immensley, and I am now hooked on this place for good!
The masseuse I have had almost every time has very strong hands, and she works me over GOOD! My back problem is a thing of the past, and now I just come for relaxation after a rough day/​week at work, or to just maintain my back. I wish I could remember her name, but just ask for someone with ‘strong hands’ if you need to be kneaded!
The price is so reasonable, that even with a decent tip to the masseuse, it’s still cheaper than a chiropractor or other masage places I’ve tried in the past, and I feel like a new man afterwards. Yes, it’s appropriate to tip if you’re happy. Me? I’ve been happy every time I’ve been there.

My boyfriend and I have frequent massage cards here. The massages are awesome… $ 30 for 70 minutes with hot stones and usually when we come in we have the place to ourselves. The place is clean and we haven’t had any reactions from the lotion that people mentioned. English is broken but I’m not there to have a conversation with anyone. They do a great job for the price!

Went here today for my first time got a purrfect massage especially for the price. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will come back again. My only suggestion to the staff is be a little more quiet when you come in.

They’ve changed management since I was here last. But the new ownership seems great to me. Today was the best massage I’ve ever had here. This was my husbands second time and now I think he’s sold on how incredible reflexology is. We’ll be back for sure

Great place and great service! Went here yesterday for the first time and it was the best massage i ever had in the past 3years. The thing about it too is that the price is so cheaper than the others.

They are all nice here. I got the stone massage and everything from start to end felt really good!!! I will be coming back!

Oh NO, change of management again !!! Been coming here and loved loved the massages, but not this time. Really disappointed. The waiting area was much brighter, cleaner and less clutter. Noticed the price difference from before 70 mins for $ 30. included hot stones «combo» … uhhh before I use to get 90 mins with hot stones for $ 30. So just got a regular massage for 90 mins for $ 30. no hot stones. However, the front desk lady kept trying to get my friend and I to do the «combo», NO, why would I pay an extra $ 10. for an extra 10 mins and hot stones are probably only used for five minutes. She even kept trying to get us to agree to the «combo», while we were getting ready on the massage chair … go away lady; we said NO!
Usually after my massage, I’m generally so relaxed and lucid, but not this time, I was so disabppoint that the guy I had, didn’t even massage my shoulder area, where I carry most of my stress, lots of knots there. It was an accupressure type massage, and that can be a bit painful, if you don’t make your self relax through it. I felt as if he was put out that he had to do a 90 min., he was sighing alot … really bugged me.
Time to look for another place…

Best Massage Ever. they knows how to give an amazing massage. Stop by oc to take care some business. Had some extra time before meeting with my appointment. so decided to search and get myself a massage. Seriously. SO happy I found the greatest masseuse. Plus the price are really reasonable. definitely I will be back again.

It looks like under new ownership and the store just got remodel. It’s clean and quite. The new owner is very friendly. Very good massage skill with reasonable price. Definitely will come back if visiting that area.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. First off this man was very aggressive after I asked him 4 times to be more gentle. It felt he like he was crushing my bones. This man picked up his phone 2 – 3 times during my massage
The least my problems while I was there was when he kept referring me as «beautiful lady.» As he was working down my spine, (by my tailbone /​butt) he slipped his finger a little to close to my butt hole. I will never go back & I don’t recommend anyone to.

Young is here! I usually go to King Massage, Young used to be my best massage therapist. But recently he left there. Today I came to this massage place, which is close by pizzahut. I saw him here! I guess he bought this store and going to remodel it, but I’m not sure, because he doesn’t speak good English. But his massage skill is very good. This store have privet place and curtains, much better than other stores which have only open area. I’ll come back to see if they are going to renew this store.

They are of the open floor plan style now. Not the original owners when it was curtained.
They did make two semi pvt areas other than the open floor at 30/​hr. You get the same as a foot massage for 20/​hr outside. They still have a 15/​hr sign out but I didnt ask what cpn was needed. If you want a hard massage Lily is there 7dys (older). They had an asian guy and another chinese girl (younger). It was slow when I was there.

Needed kinks removed after flight travel, feel better. New owners again with a reversed front area. Did their Combo $ ³⁰⁄₇₀ minutes. Girl was too small to get the deep kinks out but I felt a lot better.
Lily is no longer there :(they use some hot stones with the combo.

Very reasonable price. The massage person are very nice and if you have pain in certain area they can help make it better or focus more on that area. They are so well trained.
Problem there is no curtain or privacy whatsoever. It’s just awkward when you are getting a massage or putting your shirt on and a man sitting there starring at you. This is the only reason I’m unsure if I’ll go back. Maybe if they start putting up curtains or dividers I might.
