Chicken sandwiches done well!
Drive thru line was pretty long during noon on a Saturday. Went by decently quick.
Unilocal check-​in gets you a free iced coffee.
Spicy Chicken Sandwich — $ 3.79 — Good fried chicken patty. Spicy level was about a 3. Needed to use the hot sauce to get a kick. Come naked, no lettuce or tomato or cheese. Definitely needs the toppings because it gets boring after awhile.
Grill Chicken Sandwich — $ 4.99 — Chicken was tender and juicy. Good healthier alternative.
Waffle Potato Fries, large — $ 2.09 — Such a rip off. They filled my fries half full in the container. I did not check until I left and was so mad. They are good but soggy. None were crispy.
Original Iced Coffee — $ 2.59 — Thought it would be a ice black coffee but it was premixed with sweeteners. Pretty sweet and tasted like a mocha latte.
Vanilla Iced Coffee — $ 2.59 — Same as above but vanilla latte.
Chick Fil A sauce is pretty good. The other stuff were basic.
Pricey for the size and toppings you get but still good sandwiches. Would give it a 3.5−4 but rounded down cause I’m still pissed about those damn fries!

My kids love their chick filet and the service is always amazing. I love what this company stands for and will always support a company that stands by their beliefs.

Definitely the friendliest and coolest staff in fast food I’ve come across. Little bit of a drive for us but would rather spend our money here

I said no pickles and they still put them in my sandwich. Why bother even telling them how you want your food. They give you whatever the fuck they want.

Clean, well run location. Friendly staff. I’m a frequent customer. Way better than your average fast food restaurant.

They have lost our business for good. Each time we placed an order, there was something missing and this last time I called and spoke with Mary who advised I could come in within the next 30 days and they would replace the missing $ 8 item. When I returned two weeks later with my receipt and notes taken during the call; they were out of the item, I was fine with coming back another day; outages happen. Mary was very apologetic and very customer service oriented. The reason I have decided to no longer give my business to this location was the young man behind the register who basically treated my like I was trying to get something for free and made sure the other guests standing in line knew he thought I was a theif.
Mary, bless your heart, you did your best to shut down your employee’s verbal opinions but he had his own agenda.

Great free food

I love eating here. It’s my go to spot with my kids. Fast, clean, friendly. They are always coming around checking on you. I love their Cobb salad and their sauces. My kids are happy with their kids meals. Only complaint is there is no play place. I would be her so much more if there was a place my kids could run around safely. I’ve been to other locations and the play areas are so much fun. I wish there was one here. I also wish they gave my kids balloons. We go to mcdonalds more because of the play place and I HATE McDonald’s but happy kids= happy mom

This Chick-​fil-​A is a strange anomaly among a stellar chain. But an anomaly it still is. I went there twice for breakfast and the service was terrible and the employees were unfriendly. We had to wait for like 5 minutes for the cashier to finish eating right next to the counter before we could place our order. Then, the food took like 15 minutes even though here were like 2 other people in the entire store. Then, we got 3 spicy chicken biscuits when we ordered 2 regular and 1 spicy. They fixed that, but seriously?
Additionally, the chicken was completely gristly to the point of almost being inedible and I’m pretty sure they forgot to butter the biscuits — they were dry and flavorless.
Lastly, the male bathroom was a disaster to the point where I couldn’t let my 3-​year-​old use it… and this was at like 8am.
I only write this because it’s so non-​representative of Chick-​fil-​A as a whole. I’m beyond satisfied 99% of the time I go, regardless of the state or location. This location, however, does not represent the chain well and needs a some serious attention lest it influence opinions in the wrong direction.

For a fast food chamber this place is actually cleaned compared to other places such as McDonald’s or jack in the box. You’re actually greeted by the workers, and they bring the food out to you. The fries and fruit punch or sweet tea get me going all the time! Other than that, great customer service with a clean place to eat

You can’t beat Chick-​Fil-​A for a meal, especially when it comes to chicken and the experience. This location has messed up before but made it right, not just by correcting the order but going beyond that to make sure we were happy with the service. This location is close to home and always friendly, great atmosphere, clean tables, and restrooms. Next time you’re in also ask the employees of they enjoy working there and then ask someone at McDonald’s, night and day difference! I Always recommend Chick-​Fil-​A, they’re the In n Out of the chicken sandwich!

You guys ROCK! You’re a fine exemplary of what customer service should be.
I’m sitting in my car waiting for everyone to get settled in, I see an older gentleman making his way into the restaurant. All of the sudden, it starts to pour! Then, as I was feeling sorry for the guy, this nice young man comes running out of the restaurant with an umbrella! He hurries over to the man, protects him from the rain and made sure he made it safely inside. He didn’t do this just for that one guy, he did it for multiple people/​families that were making their way into the restaurant. I was blown away! I mean, really?! Not even a five star restaurant would do such thing! I was so touched by what he did, I had to share with all of you Unilocalers out there. Not only do they give you more than 2 packets of ketchup without giving you the stink-​eye, they hold umbrellas over your head when it’s raining!
Thank you and kudos to you, Chick-​fil-​A! I’ll definitely be eating «mor chickin»! :D

Located in the same plaza as Lazy Dog Café, Target, Daiso & Pavilions, this location is actually pretty large and usually pretty busy filled with people going into order or going through the drive thru window.
Looks like your normal Chick-​fil-​A inside and out, except that this location has only been open for a few years. You can’t miss it since you can see it as you’re driving by down Beach. Look for the Jack in the Box across the street and it’s directly facing it.
People are generally pleased with their foods and you order from the front, find a place to sit and ask for whatever sauces you need upfront. The sandwiches are pretty good and the chicken meat is a pretty generous amount. I definitely prefer the grilled or fried chicken nuggets with a little fries more.

This morning’s drive-​thru experience was particularly frustrating. I ordered: vanilla iced coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, a chocolate chunk cookie & a side salad (my breakfast and lunch). Immediately after ordering each item, a «will that be all» was blurted put by whoever was taking my order. ME: «I’ll have a bagel with cream cheese». GIRL: «Will that be all»? ME: «And a vanilla iced coffee». GIRL: Will that be all”? ME: a side salad” Girl: «Will that be all»? Wow… really? Give a second to spit it all out. Someone needs a little more training…
And thank you sooooo much for the burnt and hard as a rock bagel (see photo).
I will be contacting management as soon as I have some free time.

Ever since this location open and I have never had any problems whatsoever they always repeat my order to me tell me the balance always make sure everything is correct in my order I’ve never had any mess ups or mistakes! I also really love the yogurt parfait even if it’s not very healthy for you I still love it so much! The soft serve ice cream is really good too icy and creamy at the same time also the fruit cups are actually my favorite thing on the menu it’s just natural fruit no sugar added obviously in the best assortments of strawberries blueberries Mandren oranges and even red and green apples !! Always fresh hot food every time ! And the workers are just as sweet and helpful ! Love this place !

It’s been so long since I’ve been to a Chik-​fil-​a! The food tastes good like it always does. The customer service here was great too. The employees just seemed enthusiastic about giving customers a good dining experience. The dining area and restrooms were clean too. This particular Chik-​fil-​a left a very good impression!

Visit this location quite often since it is very close to work. Normally fast food is not my cup of tea but I gotta say, they really stepped up their game from when I went to their locations when I was a child.
Would have not set foot in the restaurant had I not seen a sign for a special going on. This location does seem to have a lot of those! It may have been for a free breakfast biscuit sandwich. Which are delish!
When I entered the store I was greeted with a warm welcome from pretty much all the employees I had eye contact with. It was a nice touch :-)
And kudos to the employees for keeping a smile even when dealing with difficult customers, who are usually holding up the line in front of me so I see the whole thing go down and they always handle it amazingly!
Best lunch option for me: grilled chicken nuggets and a cup of fruit. I eat my carrots and hummus on the side and that usually fills me up.

I was heading back to work and needed a quick bite. This was on the way, and their drive thru is fast, which was what I needed. I got my large soda and 8 piece nuggets. The chicken was a bit on the salty side, and a bit pricy for nuggets.
I’m not the biggest fan of the company’s CEO, but I do like that they have their drinks in a foam cup, which keeps my drink cold, and the cup doesn’t sweat.
I don’t think any fast food place is worth 5 stars… NO fast food place is «as good as it gets». Come on Unilocalers, get real!
I’m giving this place a generous 4 stars because they’re fast, and the food is freshly made (but salty).

This is one of my favorite fast food chains. This location is clean, and has friendly and efficient servers/​cashiers. I’ve been here several times and always satisfied.
The sandwiches are hot and made the way you like it. I especially like the waffles fries. They have several sauces to choose from for dipping. I love the calendar you can buy. It has a free offer every month. This month they offered a choice of either a cookie or mini nuggets. I chose the cookie and I’m so happy I did. They are the BEST! They are hot, crispy and chewy filled with chocolate chunks and made with oats. This month they are offering free coffee, hot or iced, anytime. It was later in the evening, so I wanted decaffeinated. They were out, but they made some fresh for me. It was worth the wait of 5 extra minutes for fresh coffee!
I will be back, even to get another cookie… we are so glad they offered it this month. because now I know what I have been missing. But, no more! I’ll be back for these yummy cookies. Perfect to satisfy a sweet tooth any time!!!
