Avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely terrible customer service after they make the sale and have their dirty hands on your money. We purchased thousands of dollars of appliances from them, and I would have gladly spent hundreds more elsewhere to avoid the disaster this has turned out to be. Impossible to get anyone to respond to our phone calls after they missed the first promised delivery date. Had to go down to the store to get someone to talk to… Hopefully we will finally be getting our appliances next week, but I am not holding my breath.

This is a two part review. One about the products I purchased and the other about the warranty they offer on their appliances. We moved in April and we decided it would be a good idea to get a new washer/dryer. We checked out a few other places and eventually came over here. We picked up a very nice used Kenmore set and opted for the warranty on the items. They offer a year warranty that they honor by replacing the equipment. You just have to bring the appliances back, which understandably could be a deal breaker for some people. Well I’m so glad we did get the extended warranty because(approx) 6 months later my washing machine started having a problem draining the water. I called them and wanted to see if someone could come and check things out .They guy told me to just bring back to the washing machine and we can switch them out. They had a washing machine that was very similar and it actually fits better in my laundry area. Super easy to deal with and I do recommend getting the warranty on the appliances, its worth it.

I originally left a 5-star review at time of sale in exchange for a knife set given to us by the sales team. At the time, things were going well. The ensuing experience has been a total nightmare and I caution against doing business with them. We bought 5 appliances from them. Two were damaged on delivery. We are still waiting for them to replace the refrigerator after 4 different visits from the company to look at it. Each time, the rep has agreed that it is not possible to fix the refrigerator. At this point, we believe the company has been stringing us along to get past the 60 day window for replacement. It’s impossible to get a call back. They are complete bunglers or just plain crooks. Stay away.

I purchased a very expensive dishwasher from this location. I asked the appropriate questions about how it cleans, heats water, gets rid of food waste, etc. The first one they brought to my house had a dent in the front so I had them take it back and get another one. Once it was installed and I began using the machine, I found that the water didn’t get hot enough in it to melt the soap or clean the dishes. In the past three months, I have had repair and install people to my house five times to try and determine what is wrong with the machine. I have been in constant contact with the store manager and sales rep telling them what has been reported to me about the machine by their technicians. I’ve had three of them agree it’s the machine and two say it’s my fault. All I want is a machine that does what it is supposed to do and no one there wants to stand by their product. They aren’t even members of the BBB and if I had known that before I went to the store, I wouldn’t have ever purchased from them. As it stands, I have to rinse my dishes off before I can use them to get rid of the soap residue. If I just fill a glass straight from the machine, I have soap bubbles on top of my beverage. EEEWWW. I suggest you go to a more reputable retailer to buy your high end appliances, one that stands by the products.

Had a quick and productive experience here. I got a used dishwasher for a great price with warrantee and delivery /install. Kegan helped me immediately and gave great advice. Highly recommended.

I was really surprised to find out this business had such great reviews. We’ve only had problems from day one. We are selling our home and wanted to sweeten the deal for our buyers by buying stainless steel appliances. We ordered the appliances Friday and were having the carpets cleaned next Saturday so we were on a tight time schedule. After calling to ask when the appliances would be delivered it turns out the guys who usually schedules them was out of town. They told me they would call me back twice but never did. I had to call them back and no one seemed to know who I should talk to. I finally spoke with a really helpful lady who spent a good deal of time on the phone with me and made our delivery date Friday, the 21. Carpet cleaning was scheduled for Saturday, the 22 so that was perfect. A couple of days later, we got an email saying the appliances wouldn’t be delivered until the 22nd. I called again said we needed them delivered the 21st. No one really helped and said that the delivery date was the 22nd. Then they charged us a $ 10 Saturday delivery charge even though our original delivery date was Friday. I called them about it again and said they would take the $ 10 off but the delivery men STILL charged us. –We had to cancel the carpet cleaning which is slowing our date to get our house on the market. –They didn’t deliver or install our microwave. We finally told them to give us our money back for the microwave, ours works fine. –They didn’t bring us our ice maker for our freezer, which I included on our order online. Not happy at all. We will not be using them again even though their prices are good.

I purchased a new Samsung range from Appliance Factory. I knew what I wanted when I went into the store and Charles Hedensten helped me find it. He advised me of the features of some other models but was not pushy and helped me to get the best value for my money. Afterwards I thought I found the product cheaper somewhere else I was wrong but Linc Howell the manager on duty STILL have me an additional discount! Great experience!
