I wish I can give her negative –0 star Please do not go here, horrible service. I’ve never met anyone so rude, ignorant, and disrespectful like her. How can a big company have someone like her represent for them. What a shame!!!

Words cannot describe how horrible, arrogant and disrespectful this so called agent LeAnne Nguyen is. Typing her name just makes me cringe to the core of my bones. Unfortunately, I cannot rate her negative stars, yes Stars(plural). How is she still in business??? Oh I know why, she is a con; a very malicious con that jacks over our own Vietnamese community as well as everyone else. The previous review is absolutely true down to the T! Taking advantage of the elderly? Really? Shame on you and I hope it goes down with you to the grave. I have very low tolerance for sh*t like this. One bit of advise, learn to speak English properly then open up your mouth to explain insurance policies to your consumers. Don’t waste your time, she’ll put you on hold for 11mins. She’ll talk to you like you’re an idiot and with a major attitude. Learn customer service 101. This will not be the last she’ll hear from me, I’m reporting her to the Department Of insurance. It’s not even the customer service and Attitude issues, she’s definitely a con artist of an insurance agent. Consumers beware!

I just called LeAnn to ask about my dad’s existing policy coverage and I have never felt so mistreated like that before with insurance help line ever in my life. She answered our question very hastily with a condescending tone as if we don’t know jack about insurance and was talking to multiple people in the background as well. I rarely write 1 star reviews but what triggered me to do this was that she hung up the phone while we were still in the middle of conversation which was only 2 minutes into the coversation. What kind of agent who has many years of outstanding experience(what she claimed on her Unilocal profile) would do that? Especially when my dad, who is near 80s, was also on the phone. No bueno. I feel bad for whoever that has her as their agent. That’s no way to treat customers, especially elderly people.
