I came to this watch repair shop months ago to get a new band on my watch. I was visiting the area and saw the great Unilocal reviews for this place. I really regret coming here and not going to a different shop. I normally don’t do Unilocal reviews but I just had to after this.
I was in a bit of a time crunch coming in so just wanted to quickly get my band replaced on my watch and paid for it once I saw the new band on it. I didn’t notice all the new scratches that also came with my watch until after I got home. So I paid money for some additional scratches to my watch. Could’ve done that for free by myself.

I happened upon this shop by surfing the Internet in search of a place to fix a pile of sterling silver jewelry in need of repair. I called to confirm that in fact they did and the owner invited me to stop by. A few weeks later I did and boy am I pleased‼ Aside from being kind, his work is superb and fees are beyond reasonable. In fact, after picking up the first repairs I took my Tiffany bracelet in and he did a far better job than when I had Tiffany repair another bracelet. Obviously, I am hard on my jewelry. He not only repaired my pieces, but added extra clasps and better locks. I highly recommend this store. The owner’s name is Chris and he is a gem.

I got a brand new Movado and it was a bit loose on the belt. I found this shop via Unilocal
And decided to give it a shot the owner was very polite and courteous. The price was right and it took me less than 15 mins to get this done. I would definitely recommend this business and would be back again if I need anything.

The positive reviews are spot on for this guy. Chris is very nice and friendly! He even was able to fix my belt that was missing a screw :) I had a good conversation and felt right at home here. I highly recommend this shop for its service and hospitality!

This guy is amazing!!! The shop is small and not at all fancy. I had an ongoing watch issue where it would stop for no apparent reason. He checked the battery to make sure it was good then he cleaned the inside of the watch to disperse the oil (while I was waiting).
The amazing part is he didn’t charge me for his time or effort. I KNOW ANOTHER WATCH SHOP THAT WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME FOR A BATTERY WHICH I DIDN’T NEED!!!
I will come here for all my watch repairs from now on! Honesty is hard to come by when everyone is out to make a buck.

I had just bought a new Invitca watch with a beautiful black and gold stainless steel band. So I proceeded to try and take some links out to re-​size it. What a horrible experience that was by the time I was done the clasp was completely off the watch and I had lost some of the pins they are so tiny. This band had not only one pin holding the link but two pins one for the link and one for the black piece. Completely frustrated and fearing I would never be able to wear my beautiful new watch, I found A & S here on Unilocal.I went there because of the terrific reviews he has gotten. Within 10 minutes Chris had the clasp back on and within 20 more minutes he had the band perfectly resized. Chris is a Wizard and it was well with the $ 20.

The jewelry place near my home was unable to repair my watch. I decided to visit A & S Jewelry when I came down to California because of the good reviews that I had read on Unilocal.Chris is a wonderful man. He reassured me that he would take a look at the watch and see if he could figure out what was wrong with it. I left my watch with him and thirty minutes later, he called and said that he was able to fix it! His price to repair the watch was very reasonable.

I needed to remove permanent links on a watch band because it was still too big after taking off all of the removable links. I had several watch repair stores refuse to remove the links for me. Chris was the only one to attempt what i needed to have done and ended up doing a wonderful job! He did exactly what i wanted and for such a low price! I will definitely come back with any jewelry repair needs.

Chris (the jeweler) is fair and all about quality! He has a vivacious personality and full of great ideas for jewelry. He custom makes jewels as well as fixes and repairs. This place has fair prices, beautiful jewelry, and an amazing jeweler! Definitely never going anywhere else ever again!

It was Christmas Eve and we were looking for a watch repair shop to adjust my watch and find the right necklace for my cross pendant. Chris did an exceptional job, and speedy service too. He sized my watchband and eyed the perfect chain to go with my pendant without scurrying around searching – he also threw in a joke to put a smile on our face. Chris is quite a character, we love his accent. Overall, great guy, great service, will definitely make it our to-​go place for any watch/​jewelry repair needs. Tipping him for such wonderful service was out of the question but he was quick to slash the cost in half. We highly recommend A & S Jewelry. Now I’m all bling-​ed out for Christmas.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR WATCH BAND REPAIR
CHRIS the repair jeweler made me a metal band for $ 8 and it’s s great idea he has come up with to save you money instead of replacing the whole band, even if I did the price of a brand «Banda» would have only been $ 30!
Good guy he calls you his friend when you talk with him I have included his work on the photo, it’s the metal band.

Hot DAMN this place is poppin’!!! Chris was able to help out with finding me a new 22 mm watch band for my pebble smartwatch, and I ended up going with this nice banda leather brown band. Super soft and legit for really modest price. 10⁄10 would recommend. The plaza itself seemed kind of ghetto and the store itself run down, but you can’t beat the quality and friendliness of the service of this guy.

My Marc Jacobs’ watch strap snapped off with one of the important links nearly cracked off. I truly thought this watch was a goner, but Chris saved it! He was able to connect the cracked link back on the watch and made it extra durable and strong. I’m so happy that my watch was repairable and for a decent price too!
The shop is huddled in between other shops at the corner of the plaza, so be careful when looking for it, because I almost drove past it! Chris, the owner, was the sweetest repair man! I highly recommend this place for a quick, easy, and inexpensive watch repair experience!
